Australia’s favourite Gin & Tonic is now in a can. The team at Four Pillars has crafted every element from a specially distilled version of their classic Rare Dry Gin, to custom making a dedicated tonic packed with orange. The result is a flavour packed and citrusy G&T ready to drink straight from the can. And each 250mL can is exactly one standard drink. It’s as simple and delicious as that.

Cult-favourite Bloody Shiraz Gin has found its newest home in a can. To maintain full flavour while keeping the serve to one standard drink, Four Pillars distilled a special super botanical gin to use as the base. A bespoke tonic was also crafted from scratch to complement the natural sweetness and spice, plus added lemon so it tastes like youve garnished your G&T with a slice of fresh lemon.

Introducing Straight Dry Gin, a new gin from Archie Rose, cold distilled with sustainably sourced local and Australian botanicals including lemon myrtle, reclaimed orange peel and pink peppercorn. Aromas of pine, fresh thyme and orange and the faintest hint of waxy lemon with a strong juniper backbone and subtle floral finish.

Inspired by the cuisine of Southeast Asia, Tarsier is a citrus forward gin with aromatic & savoury mid-notes and a long peppery finish. Enjoy neat or with a splash of tonic and a slice of lime & ginger. Every bottle sold allows us to donate 10% of the profits to conservation projects that protect the tarsier and its habitat. Our first partner is the Philippine Tarsier Foundation on the island of Bohol in the Philippines.

Inspired by an original Gordons recipe from the 1880s, the pink gin is perfectly crafted to balance the refreshing taste of Gordons with the natural sweetness of raspberries and strawberries, with the tang of redcurrant served up in a unique blushing tone. Made using only natural fruit flavours to guarantee the highest quality real berry taste.

Distilled in Nikka Whisky’s signature “Coffey Still”, the rich and mellow spirit at the heart of this gin is characterised by a luxurious and silky texture. In addition to traditional gin botanicals, its stunning aromatic complexity relies on the refreshing burst of Japanese citrus such as Yuzu, Kabosu, Amanatsu and Shikuwasa, the delicate fruitiness of apples, and pleasantly tangy hints of Japanese Sansho pepper on the finish.

Our signature gin is craftfully made using 16 different ingredients which combined in our secret balance of flavours produces a delightfully tasting botanical gin. The Botanicals used include; Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Star Anise, Almonds, Cloves, Cardamom, Dill Tips, Ginger, Grains of Paradise, Black Pepper, Orris Root, Cinnamon, Angelica Root, Fresh Lime, Fresh Lemon and Fresh Orange.

Introducing our Oyster Shell Gin. Developed in collaboration with society restaurant in Melbourne, this is a unique flavour expression of the Australian coastline. The Never Never team uses Kangaroo Island oyster shell, waxflower, Tasmania wakame, coastal daisy bush, saltbush and round mint to create a unique expression of the Australian coastline and built for contemporary seafood pairings. Fresh sea spray jumps from the glass, bursting with split lime-leaf and fragrant grapefruit zest. The palate expresses saline and savoury minerality of Kangaroo Island Oyster shell and dried Australian wakame. Native greens integrate with morish salted citrus, pine and coriander spice on the mid-palate. The finish is long and luxurious, lending itself to dry martinis.
