This is a new artisan craft Gin from a historical 1865 distillery Chiyomusubi in the prefecture of Tottori in Japan. Hand crafted and blended with quality and local, genuine Japanese ingredients. Specific botanicals such as (yuzu citrus, Hassaku citrus, ginger and Lindera) are used to the base spirit shocho distilling technology cultivated over many years. This is in addition to the typical botanicals of gin (juniper berries, coriander, angelica, lemon). The pallet is refreshing, delicate and lifted subtle characteristics, followed by fresh citrus and spice. The length is followed by a lingering flavour or creamy yogurt-like acidity. This standout bold packaging is complimented by a delicate, lifted and premium quality Gin.

Distilled using ultra premium grape spirit and billson's alpine spring water. George's Gin is made up of 11 botanicals including Australian native fingerlimes prducing fresh aromas of juniper with lifted lime/lemon notes and complex anise characters. This is a light bodied gin with brisk piney juniper, lime peel, anise and pepper flavours giving lots of layers, finishing off with a zesty hit of lime aftertaste.

A delicate, contemporary dry gin with a burst of citrus from blood orange, ruby red grapefruit and Australian native lemon myrtle leaf, balancing spice of wormwood, pink peppercorns and ginger for warmth. Herbal juniper notes lengthened by green tea, with smooth, sweet vanilla adding mouth-feel and lavender bouquet to finish. Prohibition Original is the perfect martini gin, with a soft, sophisticated elegance in flavour and depth, with a perfect balance of citrus and sweetness, spice and floral finish.
