Lind & Lime Gin
Tasting note: [10ml sample] The very first spirit produced by The Port of Leith Distillery Company. The name is inspired by Dr. James Lind of Edinburgh who conducted one of the first clinical trials noting scurvy patients benefit from citrus. Key aromas include juniper and citrus followed by white pepper, lime peel and coriander, so more-or-less classic London Dry. Just five botanicals make for a deliciously creamy, mouth filling gin (without being over the top); dense juniper, grapefruit and hints of lime peel vie with pepper and coriander seed. Beautifully balanced gin in a beautiful bottle. 44% Alc./Vol.
Diviners Distillery Apparition Gin
Diviners Distillery Apparition is a small batch, cold distilled, Australian produced gin. Aromas of finger lime, woody spice, and echos of pine forest flow across the nose. A classical theme of juniper and citrus display throughout the palate. Native wattle seeds and macadamia bring the bass line. A counterpoint of earthy angelica, spicy pepper berry, and cassis bark. Komasa Kagoshima (Strawberry) Japanese Gin
Komasa Gin is the craft gin label proudly presented by Komasa Jyozo, a shochu distillery in Kagoshima, Japan with over 130 years of distilling history. Gin and shochu both share the fact that they are distilled spirits. Drawing on decades of distilling expertise and know-how accumulated through making shochu, the distillery unveiled a new line of gins in 2018. Komasa Jyozo uses their rice shochu as the base for Komasa Gin, to which they add juniper berries and as few other ingredients as possible in order to let the main botanicals shine on their own. Komasa Jyozo’s goal is to utilize and express the natural fragrances and flavours of their quality ingredients to the fullest. With Komasa Gin, they hope they have hit upon a revolutionary style of gin that is eminently easy to drink and perfect for everyone. The sweet and refreshing aroma of strawberries with a deep and lingering finish of herbs. These seemingly contradictory personalities coexist without canceling each other out, and each sip will make you want to keep tasting this unique marriage. Kyoya Hinata Small Batch Gin
Kyoya Hinata Small Batch Gin is distilled with generous amounts of juniper complimenting the piny flavour and provides this gin its signature warmth. Botanical extracts from hebess citrus, kumquat, yuganatsu citrus from the sunny Miyazaki prefecture have been added. A beautiful afterglow of cardamom and chamomile shine through.
Malfy Con Arancia Gin
Malfy Gin is distilled in Italy, the birthplace of gin, distilled by the Vergnano family. Using Italian ingredients, including lemons from the Amalfi coast, gives Malfy its signature Italian flavour. A sip of Malfy gin captures the perfect gin moment: sitting on a sunny terrace, enjoying the view. “Dolce far niente”. The sweet art of doing nothing... Malfy Con Arancia Gin is distilled using the peel of Sicilian blood oranges, Italian juniper and four other botanicals. Blood oranges are a prized variety in Sicily and harvested in November. Their rich and red colour develops from the cool Mediterranean nights.
Kyoya Shuzo Premium Yuzu Gin
Stepping outside of the realm they are renowned for, high quality authentic Japanese shochu, Kyoya Shuzo has successfully made their mark in the world of gin. Using their own Kameshizuku sweet potato shochu as a base, this premium yuzu gin is flavoured with yuzu and hyuganatsu, sansho pepper,citrus fruits and juniper berries.
Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin
Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is a uniquely Japanese expression of the classic English spirit. Master Distiller Alex Davies of the Kyoto Distillery uses a spirit base distilled from rice and adds botanicals like yellow yuzu, hinoki (cypress) wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea, and green sanshō (Japanese peppercorn) berries that are designated into: base, citrus, tea, herbal, spice, and floral. Each botanical category is steeped into the rice spirit, which is then individually distilled before blending together. It is brought to proof using water from Fushimi, known for its purity. Ki No Bi translates to "the beauty of the seasons"

A wonderful tea-infused gin from Komasa Jyozo, the Hojicha expression is infused with juniper berries, shochu, Japanese cypress and roasted tea leaves from Kagoshima, which is one of Japan’s most famous tea producing regions. Roasting the green tea means that the caffeine bitterness is eliminated, making for a more aromatic, mellow flavour. Pair the gin with soda or even hot water in the same way you would with tonic for an intriguing, fragrant tipple. Roasted leafy green tea alongside earthy juniper, leading into a touch of sweetness and a fragrant, woody finish.
Fords London Dry Gin
Distilled in London at Thames Distillers, Fords Gin is a collaboration between 10th generation master distiller Charles Maxwell and gin expert Simon Ford. A modern take on a classic London Dry Gin, Fords Gin starts with a traditional base of juniper & coriander seed balanced by citrus, florals and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. Each botanical blends together to create the perfect base for any gin-inspired cocktail. A mix of 9 botanicals including Juniper, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Bitter Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Angelica, Cassia, Jasmine and Orris. is a very bright and aromatic gin with a light sweetness on tip of the tongue. A gentle introduction of the botanicals follows with notes of angelica root and citrus oils balancing on the palate beautifully. The finish lingers with fresh zesty grapefruit and juniper.
