Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. Mystery Gin is a sweet Gin, with blood orange the prominent flavour. The flavour is often compared to orange tic tacs.The beautiful blue colour is derived from the Butterfly Pea flower, which is also a natural PH indicator. Mix the Mystery Gin with tonic water or lemon juice to change the colour from blue to pink.
