HMS Formidable contains rum aged between 9 to 12 years. All rums are from the bottom plates of our 45 plate Coffey still as these distillates have the balance of flavors which enable long maturation and result in a rum with balance, intensity and complexity. All rums in the range are from Coffey Still distillates and have been aged in American white oak Bourbon casks.

Ron Alegro Venezuela rum has aged in ex-Bourbon American white oak casks in the tropical climate of Venezuela, which has resulted in a smooth and balanced rum that combines sweetness, oak and vanilla in a pleasant way. The mouthfeel is rich and soft, followed by a long and gentle finish.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Bundaberg Rum Overproof is distilled and aged for a bold, rich flavour full of oak, caramel and spice, then perfectly mixed with cola. Pour over ice and add a lime for garnish.

Gosling's Black Seal Rum has a rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Black Seal includes products of both pot stills, as used in fine Cognacs, and continuous stills, as used in grappa. One imparts flavour, the other yields a subtle elegance. Together they work wonders.
