Havana Club Añejo Especial is a blend of Rums aged up to five years and it is this ageing that creates the golden colour and warm aromas. Its character combines the lightness of White Rums and the robust aroma of Dark Rums.

Matusalem is named after the Biblical Patriarch, Methuselah who was said to have lived for 969 years, symbolising the patient ageing and old world craftsmanship used to give Ron Matusalem Rum its exceptional flavour. A unique blend of hand-crafted Rums in a 15-year 'Solera' system that marries French oak casks with mature spirits to create a Rum of superior quality. The company was once based in Cuba, but have since moved to the Dominican Republic. They Solera age the majority of their rum to ensure their characteristic flavour remains the same from bottle to bottle. Complex yet velvety smooth, ideally served neat or on the rocks.

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Husk Spiced Bam Bam starts as a 3-4 year old barrel aged Australian Agricole rum, which is infused with whole native and traditional botanicals to impart all natural spices. Roasted Australian wattle seed, native ginger and sun-dried orange and mandarin peel combine with golden berries, whole Tahitian vanilla beans and cinnamon quills to create a unique spice flavour rounded and balanced with a sprinkle of local sea salt. Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest Rum in the world. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a marvellous, semi-sweet Rum that has flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked, long lasting finish.
