A full-bodied aged 15 yo craft rum with rich and complex aromas of Madagascar vanilla, soft caramel and toasted oak. On the palate, layered notes of cinnamon, roasted nuts and allspice are perfectly blended with a mild sweetness and a light, smooth finish.

First distilled in 1888, Bundaberg Rum is as Australian as it gets. Aged for a minimum of two years, this great rum made from 100% Queensland sugar cane shows evocative flavours of molasses and caramel.

Dos Maderas, meaning ‘two woods’ references the unusual maturation of this rum. It was initially aged in the Caribbean for 5 years before a second stint in Spain. The latter takes place at Williams & Humbert's facilities in Jerez with the rum transferred to casks that previously contained “Dos Cortados” (Palo Cortado Sherry). The final stage finishes the rum in x Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Tasting note: Brilliant amber-gold ochre dazzles in the glass. Moderate aromas of raisin and date cake, raw sugar, dark chocolate, caramel fudge and aged muscat wine, follows through to a silky, easy, graceful delivery; Flavours of liqueur muscat, raisins and honey finishing moderately viscous and medium-sweet with succulent dried fruit and caramel notes in the aftertaste. Named after a sea beast of myth and legend, The Kraken is unique Caribbean black spiced rum. Enriched with exotic spice notes of ginger, cinnamon and clove. The rich black colour takes its hue from the mysterious ink with which, as legend has it, The Kraken, a beast of epic proportions, covered its prey. While the smooth taste of the Kraken Rum lends itself to be enjoyed as sipping rum, it also tastes great as a key ingredient in a number of rum based cocktails, such as a traditional Kraken & Cola.

Distilled in the old columns of the Factory of Simon-located just in front of The Rum Company-small columns and entirely made of copper, this rum old Martinican was developed in exceptional conditions. The peculiarity of this columns lies in the exhaling of intense perfumes that give the rum a particularly expressive and round profile. This lot was chosen with care by the Maître de Chai and the oenologist of the House, Robert Peronet and Gaëlle Hardy. It is an assembly composed of rums aged between 3 and 10 years in red barrels of Bourbon. It is the gourmet and exotic notes of vanilla, coconut and chocolate that rub shoulders with those of dates and subtle tobacco, which seduced the experts Clément.

Dos Maderas PX 5 + 5 rum is made from a combination of rums from Barbados and Guyana. It is unique because of its triple ageing process where for 5 initial years the rum is aged in the Carribean in oak casks. Next PX 5 + 5 is aged in Spain for 5 years in sherry casks, and lastly for 2 more years in even older sherry casks. Sweet on the palate and very smooth
