Cast your mind back to 1931 and you may remember that it was the year that the Dennery distillery merged with another distillery in St. Lucia to form St. Lucia Distillers (it was the same year that the Empire State Building was completed - in case you need your memory jogged). To celebrate the occasion, St. Lucia Distillers created their 1931 series, and this is the sixth release of excellent St. Lucian rum in the rage.

Back in 1931, the Dennery Distillery was founded in St. Lucia. This year is honoured by St. Lucia Distillers (who were formed by the merger of the Dennery Distillery and other distillery in 1972) with the 1931 series of top notch rums! This is the Fourth Edition from the series.

For the rebellious spirit, we have fashioned a modern interpretation of the classic spiced rum.We foraged native Australian botanicals, blended them with exotic Caribbean spices, then hydrated the elixir with pure Tasmanian mountain spring water. The resulting rum contains notes of orange and cinnamon, with hints of vanilla playfully hidden for the adventurous to discover.New Norfolk Distillery is anchored in the Derwent Valley at the southern edge of Australia. Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. Aged in pre-used oak barrels using the solera method and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.

Stroh is a distilled from a secret blend of herbs and fruit to hefty strength of 80% alcohol. If you were lost in the snow and a St. Bernard brought you a cup of this, you would be pretty happy. The Stroh Rum brand is one of the best-known spirits from Austria. The name is widely used as a generic synonym for spirits with a similarly high alcohol content in Germanic speaking regions. The company is privately held by Austrian owners.

One of the harderst bottlings of the Chairman's 1931 Series to obtain as they've become almost depleted. We hope you can enjoy them while they are still around. Chairmans Reserve 1931 2nd Edition Rum uses casks put down in 2004, 2005 and 2006. These include casks containing 100% Coffey Still distillates matured in a combination of American white oak casks and port casks. In addition, we selected casks with 100% Pot Still and 50/50 blends of Pot/Coffey Still aged in American white oak. The blend was assembled and then placed back into American white oak casks for a period of three months for a final marriage before being bottled.

This limited edition straight rye whiskey was originally matured to perfection for 5 years in traditional American new oak flame charmed barrels, before being expertly finished in the finest dark rum casks from the Caribbean island Jamaica. The additional 6 month maturation time spent in first fill Caribbean rum casks accentuates the rye spice, while adding subtle, exotic flavours and tropical fruit tones. Intense notes of rich oak and orange zest balance spectacularly with honeyed character, married with notes of black pepper dark chocolate. Natural, non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV, Templeton Rye Caribbean Rum Cask Finish delivers a whiskey bursting with complexity and flavour that is not to be missed.

A blend of rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica in the overproof dark style. "O.F.T.D." stands for "Old Fashioned Traditional Dark". In its conception, Alexandre Gabriel, Master Blender for Plantation Rum, brought together six rum luminaries. After many tasting and blending sessions, they formulated a rum ideally suited for use in top-shelf Tiki and tropical cocktails.
