The El Dorado 12 Year Old has been awarded a gold medal at the International Wine and Spirit awards for 8 years running. A blend of specially selected aged rums, it is a combination of the Enmore and Diamond Coffey stills and the Port Mourant double wooden pot still, blended to perfection. Lush tropical fruit and spices dominate the nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. It has a round, mellow, full bodied palate with powerful fruit, tobacco, and orange; leather and toasty oak flavours.

The Matusalem Rum company was started by the Camp brothers in 1872 as a family affair. The "new" Cuban rum rapidly caught on in the world's markets. In the early 1940's the company experienced a period of tremendous growth and by the 1950's it had already captured 50% of the Cuban market, making it the leading rum sold in Cuba. Today, descendents of the founders produce Ron Matusalem in the Dominican Republic. The brand “Matusalem” was named after the Biblical Patriarch, Methuselah who was said to have lived for 969 years, so symbolising the patient ageing and old world craftsmenship used to give Ron Matusalem Rum its exceptional flavour. The key to Matusalems’s Gran Reserva rum’s complexity is the Solera aging process where various mature rums are carefully blended together.

(This whisky has recently been repackaged as a standard 21 Year Old as opposed to its previous incarnation as 'Gran Reserva'). Glenfiddich resurrects the lost tradition of maturing whisky in rum casks with this Glenfiddich 21 Year Old single malt Scotch whisky. Rum distillers from Sancti Spiritus, near the Sierra del Escambray in the heart of Cuba, worked to develop this unique Cuban rum finish. Casks of Cuban rum are decanted at the distillery in Scotland and then filled with 21 Year Old Glenfiddich to absorb the unique character lingering in the wood. The result is the unmistakable Glenfiddich flavour revealed through a new and vibrant overtone.

Emperor Jubilee Cognac Cask Finish is a blend of traditional rums from distillation of fresh sugar cane and molasses. Batched in 400-litre old cellared Cognac casks. Deep gold in colour. Emperor Sherry Cask Finish is a blend of the best traditional and Agricole rums from the oldest Mauritian warehouses. Distilled in Charente stills and aged in French and American oak and sherry barrels. Natural amber in colour. Candied red fruit, sweet ripe figs, orange marmalade, rich sweet sherry flavour.
