Samai Gold Premium Cambodian Rum

Samai Distillery started back in 2014, using the highest quality molasses from local sugar cane to produce their rums along with drops of Cambodian honey. A combination of pot and column distillation is used, the pot still giving a rich spirit full of character and the column providing a light rum to blend. The rums are aged in a combination of French oak, American Bourbon barrels and Spanish sherry casks to create a seamless blend of mature flavours. Nose: Sweet notes of vanilla, molasses and honey. Palate: Hints of oak, vanilla and honey are married together and a slight persisting sweetness. Overall: A great everyday drinking rum for those who like those classic rum flavours with a Cambodian twist.

Admiral Rodney HMS Princessa Rum

St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies is a small rum distillery situated in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. It produces some of the world’s best rums. A traditional spanish style rum, the HMS Princessa blends Coffey still spirits pulled off the lower sections of the still, resulting in a robust and complex flavor profile. HMS Princessa is aged from 5 to 9 years in Bourbon and Port casks, before being blended together by our Master Blender. EYE: deep mahogany color. St Lucia Distillers Group of Companies is a small rum distillery situated in the scenically beautiful and agriculturally rich valley of Roseau on the Caribbean island of St Lucia. It produces some of the world’s best rums. A traditional Spanish style rum, the HMS Royal Oak is a blend of 7 to 12 years aged in American white oak Bourbon casks. HMS Royal Oak is the original Admiral Rodney Rum. EYE: bright amber color NOSE: prunes, raisin, toasty oak and tropical spiced. PALATE: intense mouth-feel of sweet sultana, tobacco, and chocolate, with vanilla from the oak. Complex finish with sweet fruit, caramel, and spice.

Arcane Gold Rum 'Delicatissime' 1.5 years

Delicatissime is a young dry gold rum aged in oak barrels for only 18 months. It keeps the fresh cane aromas with just a hint of oak which brings a touch of smoothness. Its originality comes from the spicy notes which are typical of Mauritius. Delicatissime is ideal neat (chilled), on the rocks or in a cocktail. Delicatissime brings a lot of elegance and originality to Mojitos. Tasting Notes: Colour: light golden hues. Nose: spicy and vegetal, with a vanilla touch.
