Baron Samedi Dark Spiced Rum
The Baron Samedi Spiced Rum is a carefully crafted, supernatural spirit. Made with high-quality rums from the Caribbean, the Baron Samedi includes a small amount of Jamaican pot still rum for depth of flavor. All natural spices of cocoa, cinnamon, and clove, are steeped into the rum, which is then blended with vanilla and an exotic spice from the Barons native Haiti. Deep amber with notes of nutmeg and hazelnut, the Baron Samedi Spiced Rum delivers full-bodied flavor with an incredibly smooth finish worthy of the most notorious of spirits.
The Kraken Spiced Rum
Named after a sea beast of myth and legend, The Kraken is unique Caribbean black spiced rum. Enriched with exotic spice notes of ginger, cinnamon and clove. The rich black colour takes its hue from the mysterious ink with which, as legend has it, The Kraken, a beast of epic proportions, covered its prey. While the smooth taste of the Kraken Rum lends itself to be enjoyed as sipping rum, it also tastes great as a key ingredient in a number of rum based cocktails, such as a traditional Kraken & Cola.
Bundaberg Rum Select VAT
Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
The Kraken Black Cherry & Madagascan Vanilla Rum

Mount Gay Eclipse Barbados Rum
Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.

Dos Maderas 5+3 Double Aged Rum
Dividing the ageing process into two different stages makes Dos Maderas 5+3 a unique aged rum. This rum is first aged for 5 years in American oak casks at its place of origin in the Caribbean (Guyana and Barbados). Then it is shipped to Williams & Humberts installations in Jerez (Spain), where it is aged for another 3 years in casks that have previously held the internationally renowned Dos Cortados palo cortado sherry (aged for 20 years, as certified by the Jerez-Xérès-Sherry Regulatory Council). This two-stage process produces old rum of unique characteristics, offering toasted aromas with hints of vanilla and nut. Serve it neat or with a few ice-cubes or as the main ingredient in select cocktails.

Bumbu XO Rum
