Founded by Pedro Quintanilla who was a man of art, passion, and tradition. Born in Mexico City, he grew up surrounded by the beauty, architecture, art, and rich colours of Mexico. Always prominent in the beauty, were the hand-painted azulejos tiles that adorned the haciendas, patios and kitchens of his home country, which inspired the name for the brand, tequila Azulejos. The Skelly Collection brings together two key elements of the Mexican culture: tequila and calaveras (skulls); inspired by one of the most important national symbols celebrating the day of the dead or Dia de Los Muertos. Calaveras decorate cemeteries, altars, houses and corners in Mexico and has become a symbol of Mexican pop-culture. An authentic 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila made with traditional methods. Produced with fully matured agave from 50% Highlands and 50% Lowlands of Jalisco, slow-roasted in brick ovens before being slow-fermented, and extracted by roller press. The resulting liquid is double distilled and is additive free. The Los Azulejos Blanco Tequila has pleasant agave notes on the nose with a touch of smoke and aromas of jasmine, and herbaceous hints of thyme and mint. The palate is fresh, zesty, peppery and vegetal, with a hint of sugary sweetness and some peppery yet subtle floral notes. The finish is long, laced with honey & pepper. Crisp and notably refreshing.

The bottle and packaging are a commissioned piece from Mark Smith, Vice President of Innovation Special Projects at Nike, while the name “Cincoro” comes from a blending of two Spanish words, “cinco” and “oro.” The portmanteau pays homage to the five founding partners and their pursuit to create the gold standard in Tequila. The bourbon barrels are imported from Kentucky, these barrels complement the smoothness of the Blanco tequila and impart wood notes in the extended 8-10 monthsof ageing that takes place in an underground cellar. This reposado is very approachable, sweet and a highly sippable Tequila A light gold in colour, aromas of cooked Agave, with hints of vanilla, baking spices and toasted creme brûlée. The palate is incredibly smooth, slightly sweet with notes of light oak, cooked agave, caramelized vanilla and white chocolate. The finish is incredibly long with cooked agave, baking spices and vanilla prominent.
