Don Primo Anejo Cristilano Tequila 750mL The origin of the "Don Primo" brand revolves around the colloquial spoken greeting between friends, who when meeting greet each other asking "how are you Primo?" in English "how are you going good?" Our foray into Cristalino (Crystal Clear) Don Primo does have three varietals Silver, Reposado, Anejo which are related to the length of the aging in various barrels, in this case, Oak. Once aged the Anjeo "Don Primo" is triple distilled and filtered the result is a very clear spirit Tequila which is almost clear has a soft Oak scent and a light Oak taste with a genuine 100% Agave flavour. This Anejo is made respecting its artisanal manufacturing background, in this process masonry ovens are used, cooking the agave for more than 40 hours with steam, the grinding is carried out by strudder and the yeast is extracted from the agave itself.
