With no added colouring and bottled at 46%, it delivers purity, authenticity, and plenty of character. Tasting Notes: Nose: Warm and inviting, with caramel-toffee richness, soft oak vanilla, malted cereals, and a subtle whisper of coconut. Palate: Rich earth-driven malt with sweet spices of liquorice, cloves, dried fruit, and green cardamom. A little water elevates a creamy, silky mouthfeel. Finish: Long, malty closure that shifts into cloved orange peel and a background of aniseed.
