Irish Whiskey

Sliabh Liag Distillery Silkie Irish Whiskey

Sliabh Liag Distillers is the first distilling company in the county for over 175 years, established with the purpose of reclaiming the distilling heritage of Donegal. Two Scatterlings have returned to Sliabh Liag with their Meitheal (work-gang or team) to create a legacy that the whole community can be proud of. Located on the Sliabh Liag peninsula, the distillery is surrounded by one of the world’s most striking landscapes populated by resilient people, steeped in folklore and with a legendary distilling heritage. The Silke Irish Whiskey is the distilleries first step on their ambitious journey. They are in the process of building their distillery but that didn't stop them from producing this top class whiskey. They have sourced a blend of grain and malt whiskeys that when blended together produce a signature soft mouth feel. The end result is a straw gold colour with hints of amber. The nose is malty and fresh, green apples, and opens to a honey butteriness. The palate is soft honey, with hints of brioche, butterscotch, digestive biscuits, orange zest, and stem ginger. It finished warm and elegant.

Jameson Irish Whiskey

Jameson is a single distillery Irish whiskey based in Dublin. Produced using unmalted grain, Jameson's has a light and delicate flavour and a wonderfully smooth texture. Enjoy on the rocks in a large, open glass, or with your favourite mixers.

Tullamore DEW Irish Whiskey

First blended in 1829 in the small Irish town of Tullamore in County Offaly, Tullamore DEW takes its name from one of the earliest influencers of the newly established distillery, Daniel E Williams (DEW). It is still one of the most famous Irish whiskeys due to its light and elegant flavours that are best savoured over ice.

Glendalough Double Barrel Whiskey

Our Double Barrel has sucked the marrow out of two casks, Bourbon and Oloroso. They each bring their own unique flavour and character. While the Bourbon barrels add, among other things, sweet, smooth vanilla notes, the Oloroso casks layer on those dried fruit and slightly nutty flavours. And of course these are all accented by almost four years resting in Ireland’s mild maritime climate.

The Busker Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

Matured in Bourbon and sherry casks, The Busker Single Pot Still is a style peculiar to Ireland, with both malted and unmalted barley in the mash; otherwise it's kind of similar to single malt, delivering more body and richness than a single grain alternative.

The Busker Triple Blended Irish Whiskey

A new Irish brand with four variants based on differing styles of production: Single Grain, Single Malt, Single Pot Still (formerly known as Pure Pot Still), and a blend of all three, which is this: Matured in Bourbon, Madeira and Sherry casks, The Busker 'Triple Cask Triple Smooth' combines high-quality single grain with a significant percentage of Single Malt and Single Pot Still components. All the whiskeys are distilled at Ireland’s Royal Oak Distillery, Carlow. 40% Alc./Vol.
