Since 1896 all Mortlach whiskies have been 2.81 distilled. Unlike with any other whisky, our spirit criss-crosses between six copper stills of completely different silhouettes 0.81 more times than is Scotch tradition. It is an exact science graced with a touch of magic from The Wee Witchie.The Wee Witchie is the smallest of our six stills. Since it was first forged more than 120 years ago we have fastidiously ensured every dent and detail remains unchanged because it is within this copper chamber that the specific richness of taste which has earned Mortlach the reputation as The Beast of Dufftown is created. We dedicate this 12 year old Single Malt Scotch Whisky to the still that bears the beast. It has been double cask matured in both European and American oak to enhance the distinctively rich and robust character that makes Mortlach whiskies legendary.

Glengoyne leave their finest sherry casks almost entirely to their own devices for 30 years. Almost, but not quite. Twice, perhaps three times in three decades, the malt master will taste this ongoing alchemy of cask and spirit. His aim: to hand-select only the best sherry oak casks.Aromas are rich and enticing; iced cinnamon rolls, orange boiled sweets, fresh sweet oak with raisins and the faint hint of mint. A silky texture on the palate coats the mouth with banana, berry jam, malt biscuit and classic sherry oak depth. pleasantly long and balanced with ground spice, dried fruit and soft scottish tablet finally unveiling the merest wisp of peat smoke.

Matured exclusively in the finest sherry oak casks. Vibrant summer fruits burst on the palate, followed by a rewardingly long finish. Natural colour and un-chillfiltered.

The Macallan Double Cask 18 Years Old, a perfectly balanced single malt whisky matured for 18 years in both American and European sherry seasoned oak casks. Sherry seasoned American oak adds delicate vanilla to the subtle spice of European oak, delivering a whisky with a sweeter, warmer taste and character.

This exclusive Glenfiddich expression has been matured for 23 years in American and European oak casks and elegantly finished in rare French cuvee casks. The finest flavours from Scotland and France have been fused together through the art of experimentation, to redefine moments of celebration and create a new and extraordinary drinking experience.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 30 Years Old forms a part of Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. Deliciously smooth with a long, rich finish, the natural dark mahogany colour of the 30 Years Old is the richest in the range. This distinguished single malt is matured exclusively for thirty years in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Laying undisturbed in the same casks for this thirty year period, the maturing spirit transforms to create this luxurious, naturally dark, single malt whisky characterised by its rich flavours of dried fruits, orange and spice.
