Solear is bright, fresh, delicate and extraordinarily dry with a long, nutty, tangy finish. The Reserve Tawny is the next generation for Minchinbury with a mouthfeel full of spicy red berries , milk chocolate and hazelnuts are apparent with some sweetness but this is balanced by clean acid and a fine tannin backbone.
