Complex in its aromatics, the middle palate displays freshly cut orange, Christmas pudding, vanilla and elderflower bringing forward the bitters that structure a long, subtle finish. The Craft & Co Rosé Vermouth may be married with our Navy Strength Gin for a characterful martini, a Negroni or simply serve over ice with a large slice of orange or grapefruit.

Little Giant Barrel Aged Tawny

A heady nose of fragrant raisin fruit with complexing nuances of caramel and toffee. It finishes long with good depth of concentration and cleansing acidity.

Henriques & Henriques Monte Seco Extra Dry 3 Years Old

A light, pale, off-dry aperitif wine, best served chilled or on the rocks (with some citrus rind) or as a long cool drink with tonic. It can also work as a mixer in cocktails and works well with smoked salmon, other smoked fish, cured or smoked ham.
