Taylors 10 Years Old Tawny Port

It is derived from maturation in 630 litre casks and is noted for its delicate wood notes combined with gentle scented, sweet ripe red fruits. Displays lovely fresh lemon, spice, floral and caramel notes with a hint of honey. Drier than typical Aussie tawnies, but very enjoyable with power and a very long finish.

Penfolds Grandfather Tawny

The palate juxtaposes power and elegance, with hazelnut praline, honey-drizzled green fig & toffee. 'Offers a slightly darker profile, with date, toffee and burnt orange peel notes, staying dry and taut overall. A bit more polished than most, presenting a caressing feel through the ginger-infused finish' - 90 Points | Wine Spectator.

Lustau Sherry Pedro Ximenez San Emilio

Almost black in colour. A pronounced and delicious bouquet of the essence of sweet raisins. The taste is very sweet, smooth, pronounced and delicous just like dried raisins or sweet grape juice. This is a very sweet dessert wine consumed on its own or with rich, fruity puddings. Also classically used as the sauce for one of the famous desserts of Jerez: ice cream with Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Serve chilled
