Blue Rock Wines Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
2015 ’Pantelis’ Cabernet Sauvignon The Pantelis Cabernet Sauvignon is our signature wine and bears the name of the family patriarch. Pantelis Zachopoulos (1927-1998) immigrated to Australia from Greece in 1966 with his wife Olga and four children. His diverse agricultural knowledge was passed onto his children Michael, Nicholas and myself [Zissis]. In 1998 a few months before his passing we purchased and began establishing our vineyard in the Barossa Ranges. I decided to make this wine in his honor as a token of our appreciation for everything he has taught us. The wine has dark rich fruits, plum and blackcurrant with a touch of typical Cabernet herbaceousness on the nose. The palate is long and full with lovely dark chocolate, Mocca and cassis favours.
Le P'tit Domaine Les Bois Blancs , Loire

The vines are average 40 years old and farmed using certified organic practices with ploughing under and natural grass in the rows. The fruit is handpicked and fermentation is undertaken with Indigenous yeasts. Cabernet
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Region: 100% Margaret River Sub-region: Wilyabrup Walcliffe Cellaring Potential: 5-10 years Winemaker notes Bouquet: Black and red berry fruit are complemented by earthy graphite and dark chocolate notes. Maturation in seasoned French oak gives a subtle background of vanilla and spice. Palate: Medium bodied and vibrant palate sums up this wonderful expression of Wilyabrup Cabernet. The palate is fresh and full of vibrant mulberry, cassis and black cherry flavours. Mature, ripe and fresh tannin drives the flavour to a long and persistent finish. Winemaking The fruit was picked on the 2nd and 24th of April showing excellent flavours and tannin maturity. Lightly crushed fruit was then placed to a static and open fermenter for period of fermentation with daily pump overs to ensure a moderate fermentation temperature and extraction of tannin. Once the desirable amount of flavour and tannin was evident the wine was pressed before being matured in seasoned French oak for a following 10 months before bottling.
Penfolds Bin 169 Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright plum in colour, Penfolds Bin 169 Cabernet Sauvignon displays delicate notes of mint and blackcurrant, with a more savory bouquet of semi-dried tomatoes and fruit chutney at the end. A hint of oak and spice adds extra warmth. On the palate a flavour-wheel of spearmint, milo powder, chocolate and black liquorice.
Claymore London Calling Cabernet Malbec
Inviting and complex aromatics welcome you into this wine; brambly, leafy notes backed up by deep dark fruit with subtle spice and char interplay on the nose. There is a deceptive density to this wine's aroma that hints at what lies beyond. The 2016 release builds on that breakthrough style - the wine shows plush generosity but there is a layering of flavours and complexity to this vintage that invites not just a second but third look. Generous, accessible primary fruit sits pretty up front but let the wine breathe and suddenly these dry, fine and lightly chewy tannins build on the back palate, lending a savoury edge to the dark fruit finish of this baby.
