On the palate, there’s red and blue fruits, wet stone and a savoury spice structure from considered new French oak. Aromatic, energetic and silky with wonderful length showcasing site and region.

Vibrant & Deep at the same time. This Pinot Noir is produced from Dijon clones, carbonic macerated, colad soaked on a sponataneous ferment. Unfined and unfiltered. About as natural as Pinot Noir can be.

Bright cherry aromas on the nose, De Bortolis Windy Peak Pinot Noir is light to medium bodied with a hint of violet and juicy cherries on the palate. This Pinot noir is the flagship from Two Paddocks an organically grown barrel selection from the estate properties. As in the vineyard, the wine is hand crafted using traditional methods including a 25% whole bunch indigenous fermentation and hand plunging. Maturation is in French barriques for 11 months, using a mix of older and new (25%) barrels.
