A vintage defined by cool, wet conditions, low crops and harvesting late into autumn. The resulting wines have great depth of flavour and vibrant, balanced acidities. A traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine - whole berry bunch fermentation in open vessels for two weeks followed by a 10 month maturation in French oak.

Select parcels of basket-pressed fruit and time maturing in oak barrel give this Pinot Noir a subtle complexity; its rich, savoury and toasty palate shining through aromas of juicy red currants, raspberries, and spice.

This Wild Ferment Pinot Noir is both delicate in nature and also generous in flavour with fresh cherry and rhubarb characters supported by smooth and silky tannins.

This has been a leading light for Central Otago for Pinot Noir, displaying perfumed ripeness with piercing clarity; dark fruits of the forest dominate the aroma, underpinned by floral and spice notes. Red fruit aromatics are underpinned by cherry and Christmas cake spice while the palate is well textured.

Light in colour, this is a soft Pinot Noir with raspberry, cherry, mixed spices, and a subtle earthy note. There's real Pinot Noir character evident making it very flavoursome and moreish. Burgundy royalty with an Aussie twist. From famed winemaker Jean-Marie Fourrier — protégé of Henri Jayer and now owner of Bass Phillip — this Bourgogne Rouge comes from 1963-planted vines between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Red cherry, rose petal and forest floor meet silky tannins and lifted Pinot energy.

Rich and fresh flavour, bursting with juciy raspberry and cherry, framed by integrated savoury oak. Hints of liquorice and clove are accompanied by layers of delicate tanning, creating an opulent texture that flows to a smooth, lingering finish.

A wine that showcases fragrances of ripe raspberries and sweet juicy red fruits. A particularly long ripening season allowed winemakers to pick grapes at optimum maturity and resulted in a wine showcasing intense ruby colour, vibrant ripe fruit flavours, a rich full palate and soft fine tannins.
