Coldstream Hills was established in 1985 by James and Suzanne Halliday and has always produced a benchmark cool-climate Pinot Noir. This beautifully textured wine boasts rich flavours of dark cherries, pepper and foresty notes, with a long and toasty finish.

Lindsay McCall has produced a seriously concentrated Mornington Pinot with spicy cherry fruit great cedary oak and a finish that will leave you wanting more. Fantastic value!

Victoria's first vineyard is a landmark in the Yarra Valley and an icon of the Australian wine industry. Loads of lovely Pinot character on the nose with ripe cherry gamey notes and hints of "forest floor". Silky in texture the lingering flavour is enhanced by a touch of oak.

With a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, the bouquet offers delightful, lifted aromas of strawberry, lemon citrus and underlying notes of biscotti. The palate is elegant and well integrated, displaying intense strawberry, nectarine and cashew characters enhanced by partial malolactic fermentation and extended time on yeast lees. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse, with an excellent mouth-watering citrus and nougat finish.

Scotchman's Hill's second label often throws up some terrific value for money. A beautiful spicy nose with cinnamon and clove elements, supported by cherry flavours and grippy tannins.

The Ballewindi vineyard is located on the Mornington Peninsula; a region highly suitable for producing elegant Pinot. This wine has raspberry and juicy cherry notes with an underlying minerality. Most importantly, it offers exceptional value for the price.

There is no doubting the quality of Northern Tassie Pinot. This is a fine example from the Tamar Valley has elegance, length and varietal flavours of plum and cherry balanced by a touch of oak and light astringency.

This wine is young yet has potential to mature. It has citrous and orange zest flavours with a hint of acidity and a nervy structure.
