Squealing Pig Mid Strength Pinot Noir
Sapling Yard Pinot Noir
Grapes lovingly grown by Juliet Cullen at her Excelsior Peak Vineyard in Tumbarumba, situated at 630m above sea level on granite, sandy, loam soils. Morello cherry aroma with refined oak, supple tannins and earthiness round out this cool climate pinot noir. Pair me with Peking duck pancakes or crispy skin duck breast.
Mystery Limestone Coast Pinot Noir Deal No. 5843
Rich and earthy, with intense and complex flavours of cherry, red currants, and hints of mushroom. The finish is soft and smooth.
Kooyong Estate Pinot Noir
The fragrant nose offers a broad array of autumnal notes --- woodsy spice, leaf litter and earth, alongside bright wild berries and a subtle cured meatiness. The core of the wine carries a juicy and sappy mid-weight texture that is firmly supported with a dusting of finely integrated tannin. Black cherry and raspberry flavours lead into a long and intense finish.
Vavasour Papa Single Vineyard Pinot Noir
Named for the compacted blue-grey mudstone that holds tight to the roots of our mature vines, Vavasour Papa Pinot Noir is made from small parcels on our upper terraces. These established vines reward us with a generous palate of dark cherry, plum and violets. A savoury complexity and silky smooth finish speaks clearly of this most singular place.
Nevis Bluff Central Otago Pinot Noir
Cooler blackcurrant, violet and spicy herb aromatics lead to a seamless elegantly poised wine showing lots of finesse and drive in a feminine style. A wine of bright fruit characters. Will cellar for up to 6-10 years.
Paringa Estate The Paringa Pinot Noir
Hand-crafted from a single vineyard site, The Paringa is a Pinot Noir of utmost class, pedigree and intensity. Made from specifically selected barrels of Pinot Noir that were clearly superior at the time of blending and bottling, the wine is a powerful amalgamation of spice, cherry and charry oak characters with a palate of extreme persistence and integrity. Yet another Lindsay McCall masterpiece.
Red Hill Estate Pinot Noir
The Estate Range 'Cool Climate' Pinot Noir shows the familiar perfume and elegance of fine Pinot Noir that mix beautifully with flavours of liqueur cherries, spice and silky tannins. There is a tight, restrained yet lively palate of intense fruit that pans out across the back palate.
Mullet Wines Hard Pinot Noir
Mullet wines deliver bolder ripe fruit flavours up front with a bigger body and mouthfeel driving a big, long finish. Or like any great mullet, it’s business at the front, party at the back. Hand-crafted and purpose built, these are wines doing all they can to be big on flavour and big on drinkability. Mullet wines putting good times and enjoyment above all else! Ripe blood plum, blackberry and brown spice fill the space instantly upon opening. This is a super-fragrant wine with incredible fruit power for a Pinot Noir. Round, supple and mouth-filling, this is so slippery and easy to like and drink. Don’t hold on, this is ready to go.
Mt Difficulty Roaring Meg Pinot Noir
Mt Difficulty is one of Central Otago's oldest and most prestigious vineyards. Having tamed the rugged region since 1992, Mt Difficulty produce wines of utmost character and charm. Their Roaring Meg Pinot Noir shows lovely perfumed blackberry and dark cherry fruits along with a hint of spice. On the palate the wine has a sweet berry character along with balanced, ripe textural tannins that rise gracefully out of the mid-palate to finish the wine.
