Located in the southwestern part of Hungary, the Pannon AOP is a large, undulating region covering approximately 8000ha. The variety of slopes and different exposures makes it suited to the growing of a large variety of red winegrapes, including Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as indigenous Hungarian varieties. Vibrant dark crimson in colour, with abundant notes of ripe raspberries, red cherries and gentle spice. There is a pleasing amount of velvety tannins on the palate, providing a soft yet juicy chewiness, finishing with lifted, confectionery notes of cherry bubblegum. A vibrant, fruit-filled and uncomplicated Pinot Noir.

From vines yielding less than 1 tonne/acre, 100% whole bunch, natural yeast ferment, 100% new oak. A powerful and structural Pinot Noir by Lethbridge. An unusual presentation of the MV6 clone in the Estate vineyard produces fruit of great density of flavour, and very low yield (0.5 tonnes/acre). This wine was fermented with 100% whole bunch inclusion and had pre-fermentation maceration for 7-10 days. Wild yeast fermentation in small open vats proceeded with daily pigéage. Pressing was straight to barrel (100% new French oak) to allow for gross lees contact and natural MLF.

This Pinot Noir is cultivated in the heart of the French Ardèche region, vineyard marked by its cool climate and high altitude. Buis D'Aps is a locality in the town of Alba La Romaine, around which this Pinot Noir is grown, on clay-limestone soils. This cuvée is the fruit of rigorous work: limited yields, thinning at the start of summer, exclusively manual harvest. After a long maceration of 2 to 3 weeks, part of the harvest is aged in oak barrels. Fresh nose, seductive, very cherry, small catchy tannins well coated, floral finish, fresh vegetal, superb character. A beautiful discovery.

Blason de Bourgogne is a range of authentic appellations from a diversity of terroirs, specific to Bourgogne. This POMMARD comes from vineyards over 20 years old located in Côte d’Or in the heart of the Burgundy region. The slopes are facing south in chalky-clay soil with high levels of iron oxide. Blason de Bourgogne is a range of authentic appellations from a diversity of terroirs, specific to Bourgogne.ThisBOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR comes from limestone-clay soils located in the hills of Hautes Côtes in the Burgundy region.Vinification is made using a cold pre-fermentation maceration technique with 15 days vatting. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. The malolactic fermentation is completed, before the wine is matured for 12 months in vats. <
