Banshee's mission is to craft wines of balance, elegance, and purity from some of the most storied vineyards in Sonoma County in Northern California. This is the most important wine in the Banshee lineup and is treated as such, with fruit sourced primarily from select vineyards in the sub-appellations of Los Carneros, Petaluma Gap, Sonoma Coast and Sonoma Valley. An exciting, yet friendly wine, bursting at the seams with aromas of dried cherry, earthy peat moss and Redwood forest with notes of hyacinth, sandalwood and confectioners sugar. The flavors combine to create a fruit-driven front palate and very subtle oak influence. The finish is bright, with a nice pop of acidity and flavors of tart raspberry and bramble to create great weight for an excellent food wine, as well as a charming drinking experience by itself.

Children of the Revolution has been hand-crafted for a new generation of wine lovers. The wines are sourced from premium South Australian vineyards to produce soft, fruit-driven wines that are full of fresh, bright fruit flavours whilst being medium bodied, naturally lighter in alcohol and vegan friendly. This Pinot Noir displays black cherry, strawberry, liquorice and brown spice characters that are light in feel but energetic and long in flavour. Soft integrated tannins provide structure whilst a bright acidity drives the fresh finish. Great on its own, or well matched with a mushroom pasta.

2023 PINOT NOIR THE WINE Seductive black cherry overlaid with exotic spices lead to a palate of supple fresh berries, bright acidity and lingering fine grained tannin. The very essence of youthful, vibrant Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir from carefully selected vineyards. VITICULTURE With enough sunny days to develop ripe, intense flavours 2023 was a cool and late vintage. The 2023 Epee Pinot Noir is made up of four clones - MV6,777,114 and 115 from vineyards at Gumeracha and Lobethal. More clones equals more complexity. WINEMAKING Harvested in the cool of night and early morning, pristine destemmed fruit is tipped directly into fermenters without crushing to give a high percentage of whole berries. The fermenters are gently pumped over twice a day to keep the skins wet and promote gentle tannin extraction. After pressing the wine is kept in stainless steel tanks prior to blending to preserve freshness and vibrancy.

Aromas of black plum, cherry, rhubarb and hints of earth and loam. Flavours of red plum, raspberry and blood orange are underpinned by distinctive riverstone minerality and savoury umami character. Plush and richly textured with juicy yet balanced acidity and integrated toasty barrel spice. The grapes were picked at night or during the cool early morning hours and cold-soaked for three days. Next, they were punched down three times a day during fermentation, with no post-fermentation maceration, and racked out of barrel once at the time of blending, just prior to bottling. Over 30 years of experience working with chardonnay and pinot noir have established La Crema as a winery of consistent quality. La Crema produces wines from top cool-climate appellations to include; Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, Monterey and most recently Willamette. The unifying factors of all these sites are their cool, windy climates and marine-based soils. La Crema's vineyards are all harvested by hand in the cooler morning hours. The winemaking techniques are primarily traditional with modern enhancements to ensure that the wines are true to both the variety and the terroir. Chardonnays are whole-cluster pressed and fermented and aged in French oak on the lees with bi-monthly battonage to add texture and complexity. The Pinot Noirs are cold soaked for five to eight days before fermentation in small, open-top fermenters and aged in a combination of new and used French oak barrels. As with the Chardonnay, La Crema's Pinot Noirs are pure, accurate and reflective of their origin. Outstanding vineyard sources, limited yields and artisanal wine making produce wines that receive high acclaim.
