This monopole vineyard, the smallest appellation contrôlée in France at just 0.8452 hectares, is situated directly next to the renowned Romanée-Conti vineyard. The wine exhibits exceptional quality and rarity, with annual production limited to approximately 300 cases. La Romanée is known for its complex bouquet, featuring delicate red fruits, floral notes, and a distinctive minerality. On the palate, it displays a harmonious balance of structure, elegance, and depth, with remarkable aging potential. The Yarra Yering Pinot Noir is produced from what are amongst the oldest Pinot Noir vines in the Yarra Valley. Always aristocratic, fragrant with intense aromas of sweet strawberry and ripe plums, the Yarra Yering Pinot rounds out with mouthfilling notes of the same with a length hard to ignore.
