RAEN Royal St Robert Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast Raen’s Royal St. Robert Pinot Noir is dedicated to the current generation’s grandfather. The fruit is sourced from a selection from their coastal vineyards, giving a window to the rugged hills of the westerly Sonoma Coast. Vibrant aromas of black and red cherry, rose petal, and black tea fill the bowl. Wild raspberry and just-ripe red plum notes give way to coastal moss, wet gravel and forest underbrush. Western spice box notes complement the brooding, powerful fruit core, giving way to a vibrant and lasting finish.

Clos de Vougeot is the largest Grand Cru vineyard on the Côte d’Or, dating back to Cistercian times when monks knew what we know now: location, location, LOCATION! Across Thibault Liger-Belair’s holdings old vines from 1944 mesh with younger plantings. The older vines account for 60% of surface area but 40% of fruit volume, so abstemious are the yields. The results speak for themselves, however: depth, clarity, precision and guile.

HIRSCH VINEYARDS Bohan Dillon Pinot Noir, Sonoma David Hirsch was inspired to create the Bohan-Dillon Pinot Noir as an homage to the great village wines of France: a wine full of place and personality, made with the same attention and integrity as the top wines, yet at an incredible price. These are serious Pinot Noir vineyards, farmed biodynamically with great care on the True Sonoma Coast. The Bohan-Dillon is a wine for everyday drinking, yet also has the potential to age. It can be drunk young, guzzled at a picnic, and it pairs perfectly with pizza.

ISABEL ESTATE VINEYARD Aratoro Pinot Noir, Marlborough Isabel Estate was established in Marlborough in 1980 and has some of the oldest vines in the region. Aratoro (meaning 'path of discovery') is Isabel Estate's top-tier range. This single-vineyard wine is crafted from some of the oldest vines on the Isabel Estate vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a blend of two Pinot Noir clones, 10/5 and Abel. The result is a concentrated, dense and complex Pinot Noir with layers of violets, plum, black cherry, herbs and cocoa. Silky yet firm tannin gives length and poise to this special single-vineyard wine.
