Made by iconic winery Howard Park, the fruit for MadFish Gold Turtle Shiraz is sourced from the South West of the state where Shiraz thrives. This wine has sweet berry and spice characters complemented by a touch of white pepper and well handled French oak. Lovely!

Exclusive to Dan Murphy's, this flavoursome new single-vineyard Shiraz from the historic estate of Château Tanunda has to be tasted to be believed. Sourced from the higher altitude Barossa region of the Eden Valley, the wine was fully de-stemmed before fermenting on skins for a week without crushing. The result is a complex, velvet-like textured wine with overflowing characters of blueberry, blackcurrant and milk chocolate. An almost ever-lasting finish framed by cedar and fine grained tannins round out one of the greatest exclusives we've ever seen!

The aroma is full of ripe berries and a hint of chocolate with a velvety palate to follow. This wine could never be accused of being a shrinking violet. All three varieties were sourced from a single vineyard in an area of the Ferguson Valley that is perfect for growing these varieties and which produces fruit rich in flavour with tannins that are fleshy and ripe. The wine displays delicious characteristics of red fruit, cherry and plum with an underlying hint of blueberry and spice. The wine is medium-bodied, with pronounced varietal fruit flavours and a long finish.

Shingleback owners John & Kym Davey produce a lovely, rich McLaren Vale Shiraz here with aromas of ripe cherry fruit, milk chocolate and licorice. Plush and sweet fruited on the palate, the tannins are soft and supple. Wonderful drinking.

The McLaren Vale can be considered the true home of Grenache blends here in Australia witho some of the oldest vines in the world being dry grown there. Steve Maglieri's Serafino label provides a rich and delicious GSM blend a nose of rose petal and tobacco. The palate flows on with dense coffee and cedar notes that glide across the tongue.

Ripe old vine Shiraz from the heart of the Barossa contributes weight and texture Grenache adding cherry toffee earthy characters and solid savoury tannins. Will reward careful cellaring for a decade.
