Fine bright salmon colour. The bouquet is aromatic yet subtle, with notes of orange skin, blossom and red currant. The palate is precise with a tight line of acid. Fresh citrus finish (orange/clementine skin) and beautifully dry and elegant The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks following destemming and a light crush with no maceration. The wine remains on lees in cement tanks for six months prior to bottling. Alberto Graci with sister Elena farm their vineyards on the north face of Mt Etna, at 600 - 660 m.a.s.l. at Arcuria, Passsopisciaro. Fifteen hectares are planted to Nerello Mascalese and 2.5 to Carricante and Catarratto. Part of the vineyard is ungrafted alberello (bush vines) at a total density of 10,000 per hectare. Graci also own an 80 year old vineyard (bush trained) in Contrada Feudo di Mezzo, Passopisciaro at 600 m.a.s.l. In Contrada Barbabecchi at 1000 1100 m.a.s.l. Graci own a 1.5 hectare vineyard planted about 100 years ago which is harvested in November.

Dominated by Grenache, this revolutionary Rosé has cherry, strawberry and herbal notes with fresh acidity and just the right amount of fresh fruit sweetness to carry it off. Source de Junon comes from simple things in life, such as contemplating nature and sharing authentic moments. This Languedoc wine comes from organic vineyards, known from Louis XIV as a privileged place for rosé wines. The combination of two geological origins, schist and limestone, and the hilly terrain have created a complex network of groundwater that provides exceptional natural water supply. An elegant rosé with a lovely bright pink colour. On the nose, the intensity of the fruit highlights the complex aromas of strawberry and cherry, with a few hints of liquorice. The surprisingly generous and round mouthfeel is balanced by the freshness of this vintage. The finish is lively and elegant, lingering on notes of small red berries. Serve between 13 and 14°C with a tartar, wild salmon gravlax, sea bream or tuna. It can also be enjoyed with crustaceans such as lobster and crayfish.

A copybook Provence rosé, from an historic site where wine was first produced by the Romans. The blend consists of grenache, syrah and cinsault. The grapes are harvested and handled as gently as possible. It's appearance is beautifully glossy with a pale peach robe and apricot accents. An elegant, floral and fruity bouquet prepares you for the ample, fruity and round flavours. An ideal wine to enjoy with a light salad or prosciutto and melon.

The wine is pale pink in colour. The nose is vibrant, with strawberry dominating. The wine is savoury but has a lovely amount of red berries and slight herbaceousness. it finishes with lovely crisp acidity.
