Knee Deep Rosé

We think great Rosé should offer appealing texture as well as bright fruit flavours. The use of a small portion of old oak in the wine helps to achieve textural interest.Pale onion skin colour. Cranberry, redcurrant, white strawberry and lemon zest. Bone-dry and savoury, showing tart red fruits and orange rind, balanced fusion of tannin and acidity creating a savoury, mouth-watering finish.

Graci Etna Rosato DOC

Fine bright salmon colour. The bouquet is aromatic yet subtle, with notes of orange skin, blossom and red currant. The palate is precise with a tight line of acid. Fresh citrus finish (orange/clementine skin) and beautifully dry and elegant The wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts in cement tanks following destemming and a light crush with no maceration. The wine remains on lees in cement tanks for six months prior to bottling. Alberto Graci with sister Elena farm their vineyards on the north face of Mt Etna, at 600 - 660 m.a.s.l. at Arcuria, Passsopisciaro. Fifteen hectares are planted to Nerello Mascalese and 2.5 to Carricante and Catarratto. Part of the vineyard is ungrafted alberello (bush vines) at a total density of 10,000 per hectare. Graci also own an 80 year old vineyard (bush trained) in Contrada Feudo di Mezzo, Passopisciaro at 600 m.a.s.l. In Contrada Barbabecchi at 1000 1100 m.a.s.l. Graci own a 1.5 hectare vineyard planted about 100 years ago which is harvested in November.

Pagos de Araiz Rose

A pale pink colour with salmony hues, bright and attractive. The aroma is clean with white flowers and yellow fruit. Clean and intense. On the palate the wine is lively and full flavoured. A well-structured, delightful, easy-to-drink wine. The acidity is balanced and intense and the finish is long, fruity and persistent.

Chant des Naiades Provence Rosé

The wine is pale pink in colour. The nose is vibrant, with strawberry dominating. The wine is savoury but has a lovely amount of red berries and slight herbaceousness. it finishes with lovely crisp acidity.

Port Phillip Estate Salasso Rosé

Port Phillip Estate Salasso Rosé is another example of it not mattering what what Sandro Mosele turns his hand to, it is always meticulous and carefully made producing a wine of brilliance. Pale, salmon pink with coral tints. The expressive and complex nose reveals a mosaic of aromas, from white peach and candied melon to hawthorn blossom. The fresh, energetic attack offers notes of white currant and lime. The wine's lovely, velvety texture coats the palate with succulent fruity flavours and is built with remarkable precision and finesse. Grenache 70%, Cinsault 14%, Syrah 7%, Rolle 9% In 1896 Marcel Ott of Alsace found an estate which inspired him, Château de Selle in Tarandeau, Provence, where once olives, lavender and mulberries grew. Enjoying a unique microclimate, the wines are delicate and elegant with great depth. In the 1930s, Marcel Ott fell in love with the very old Clos Mireille, overlooking the sea at La Londe Les Maures, near Brégançon. The vines soon started producing distinctive yet subtle wines. Château Romassan in Bandol was acquired by the Ott family in 1956 and following years of terracing and replanting, produces robust, harmonious and long lived wines. Cur de Grain represents wine-making genius, and today the distinctive bottle evokes the memory of the elegant amphora of centuries past. Today, 120 years later, cousins Jean-François and Christian Ott dedicate their lives to their ancestors love for Provence. In 2004, Domaines Ott* joined Louis Roederer and its fabulous selection of wine craftsmen.
