Palate: A crisp and dry Rose. The Pinot Noir has contributed good weight and mouth feel with fine and delicate fruit flavours on the mid palate that are well matched by crisp, fresh acidity. This perfectly balanced clean, crisp and dry Rose can be served with or without food. Best enjoyed while young.
