Rosé

Caves D’Esclans Whispering Angel Rose (6 )

Product Description: Provence in a bottle—pale pink, bone dry, and globally adored. Whispering Angel Rosé 2024 is the benchmark for modern Provence rosé—fresh, fragrant, and endlessly drinkable. Crafted at Château d’Esclans from hand-harvested grapes and state-of-the-art vinification, this is a wine that champions both place and precision. Sourced from the best vineyards in the Esclans Valley, it’s made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Rolle (Vermentino), and Carignan—fermented in stainless steel and aged on lees for added texture and finesse. Sacha Lichine’s vision to elevate rosé into the realm of fine wine has paid off with global cult status. Behind its whisper-light hue lies serious winemaking—manual and optical sorting, low-temperature vinification, and rigorous blending keep every vintage true to style: dry, detailed, and bright. This 2024 release is no exception, with its silken texture and lively acidity carrying notes of red berries, citrus and delicate florals. Pair with grilled salmon, goat cheese salad or sip it solo. A perennial favourite for a reason. Tasting Notes NOSE – Fragrant and lifted Musk, mandarin and rose petals weave through wild strawberries and fresh herbs. PALATE – Creamy and precise Strawberries and cream, pomegranate and white nectarine with mouthwatering acidity. FINISH – Crisp and mineral Rounded with a raspberry tang and lingering citrus–spice finish. Reviews & Accolades “A well-rounded, focused and delicious rosé showing dried raspberries, frozen strawberries and mild spices on the nose. Medium-bodied with bright acidity. Balanced and driven, with a lively center palate and a persistent, flavorful finish.” – James Suckling, 92 Points “Whispering Angel is a classic choice for rosé lovers. Made from a pretty luscious palate, it is incredibly dry. The floral and fruity aroma showcases lavender, clove and cherry notes, while the palate holds hints of spicy minerality that lead into a smooth and round finish.” – Observer Finer Details: Style - Rosé Varietal - Grenache, Cinsault, Vermentino, Syrah, Carignan Country - France Region - Provence Vintage - 2024 Bottle Size - 6 x 750ml ABV - 13% Closure - Screwcap

Domaine Tempier Bandol Rose

Domaine Tempier comes from the Bandol region on the southern coast of France. Under family guidance since 1936, Lucien Peyraud is largely credited with establishing Bandol as as significant region in the South of France, and resurrecting Mourvedre as the key grape of the region. Up until that point, many Mourvedre vineyards were uprooted and replanted with higher yielding grape varieties. The Domaine Tempier Rosé is made from 50% Mourvedre, 28% Greneche, 19% Bourboulenc, and 3% Marsanne and boasts incredibly intense fruit with pronounced minerality while still being completely dry.

Champagne Philippe Fourrier Rose De Saignee

Primarily from Pinot Noirs, traditionally-made Rose de Saignee Brut has a deeper pink dress, nuanced by bubbly white foam. Nose expresses intense rasberry notes and red fruits bouquet. Aged minimum 3 years, the NV 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay has a generous palate of ripe red fruits, duplicating its nose with delicate tannin and sweet spice aromas. Minimal Chardonnay blend contributes to subtle freshness and charming length. Perfect Sping/Summer apero.

Château d'Esclans Garrus Rosé

Deep South Distillery Ruby Gin

Ruby Gin is the fun gin. Heady scents of rose and lavender blend with the deeper, darker fruity notes of honeybush lifted by the exotic scent of hibiscus. The colour is derived from an infusion with hibiscus flowers. This is a gin that invites exploration and is superb with flavoured tonics, and abundant fruit for delicious cocktails with a contemporary style.
