Grown and produced in the sun-drenched Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of the South of France is an exquisite blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault – the three favourite Rosé grapes of the region. Produced using the Charmat method, aged six months in steel tanks to achieve a fresh, fruit-forward taste with a soft mouthfeel and great drinkability. Initial aromas for this Prosecco by Pizzini include yeasty and melon notes, as the wine opens up in the glass the nose smacks of citrus blossom, fresh lime, Wisteria flower and green apples. It is refreshingly fizzy with gentle, lemony acidity.

De Bortoli Prosecco is sourced from Victoria's King Valley - known as Little Italy given many Italian migrants have become multi-generational winemakers in the area.
