Krug Grande Cuvée Brut Champagne

Billecart-Salmon Cuvée Louis Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne

Laurent-Perrier Brut Millésimé

The origin of the House dates back to 1812, created by André Michel Pierlot, it will take the name of Veuve Laurent-Perrier when Mathilde Emilie Perrier, widow of Eugène Laurent decides to combine the two family names while she ensures the development. Eugénie Hortense Laurent, his daughter, inherited the House in 1925 and sold it to Marie-Louise de Nonancourt, née Lanson, in 1939. The 2012 Vintage is the choice of an exceptional year from which only a selection of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Grands Crus will enter into a future iteration of Grand Siècle. It is a rare and outstanding wine that expresses the character of the year in the Laurent-Perrier style. Laurent-Perrier very rarely makes vintages, declaring less than one out of two years compared with the market average of over three out of four years. The wine is white gold in colour with a fine sparkle. A flowery nose of great complexity, with notes of citrus and white peaches. A wine that is very present with a lively attack and great finesse with good minerality and notes of grapefruit on the finish. The Vintage 2012 pairs well with seafood and noble fish as well as with poultry or veal. This wine sublimates hard pressed cheeses such as a young Comté or a Beaufort.

Moet & Chandon Vintage Champagne

The Grand Dame of Moet & Chandon the Vintage has spent years in the cellars to emerge as a star of the Champagne line. It's best to just pop the cork and fall in love all over again this Valentines Day.

Dom Pérignon Brut Champagne

Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage

Dom Pérignon is the most famous Champagne in the world, and for good reason. The bouquet sparkles with delicate fresh violets in a setting of white peaches. The soft delicate flavours continue while the senses are tickled by the most delicate of fine bubbles. Though this is such a fine delicate wine, the complexity is astounding, along with its length. Stunning.

Bollinger PN TX17 Champagne

Pinot Noir is the pillar of the Champagne Bollinger style, and the House has forged its reputation by showcasing this variety. The PN cuvée aims to prolong the heritage and the legendary style Bollinger is renowned for. Each year will see a new addition to the PN collection, exploring the House’s various terroirs in a different way. PN TX17 is a wine to be enjoyed by enthusiasts interested in the expression of Pinot Noir from across the Champagne region. To fully appreciate its unique style and aromas, PN TX17 is best served between 8 and 10°C. You can enjoy this wine now or leave it in the cellar to develop further. Bollinger PN TX17 has the colour of delicate golden hues. The nose has notes of dried flowers, joined by aromas of tobacco and mocha. Liquorice and dried fruit round off these sophisticated, subtle and complex aromas. A very fruity, lively palate with notes of cooked apricot, peach and exotic fruit, followed by flavours of acacia honey, fresh walnut and spices. A wonderful salinity complements the acidity of the wine. It finishes on red fruit, crème de cassis and surprising notes of citrus zest. A lively, linear wine with great clarity and in contrast with the nose.

Frerejean Freres Non-Vintage Rose Blossom Premier Cru

The Frerejean brothers are the latest generation in a line of cannon-makers, who supplied the French army defending the region against the Prussians, during the Napoleonic Wars. Frerejean Frères take a fresh approach to Champagne, which respects traditional methods, but leaves room for innovation. Rooted in the grand cru village of Avize, Frerejean Frères only uses grand cru and premier cru plots from the Côte des Blancs. 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 14% of Pinot Noir vinified. 30% of the reserve wines aged in Argonne oak barrels. The FJF Rosé Blossom Premier Cru is flattering with notes of candied red fruit, blackberries and blackcurrant. The Pinot Noir is expressive; it shows density and minerality with assertive and silky Chardonnay. On the palate, the Pinot Noir has elegant roundness. The aromas of red fruits beautifully intertwine with the toasted aromas of the Chardonnay. This is a Rosé Champagne like no other, a unique representation of the Côte des Blancs.
