Mystery Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir Chardonnay Deal No. 5714
The 2025 Howard Vineyard Sparkling Blanc de Blancs is bright and fresh on the nose with aromas of lemon and stone fruit. Vibrant lemon rind, stone fruit and key lime flavours dominate. The Chardonnay offers great length and fresh acidity. Finishing dry with a hint of creaminess.

Croser Vintage Sparkling Piccadilly Valley
A complex, elegant and creamy vintage Croser with a nose redolent of honey and cashew and an alluring citrus lift. The palate shows wild strawberry Pinot characters alongside a more buttery nectarine Chardonnay before a soft yeasty finish buoyed by green apple acidity.
Jacobs Creek Classic Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir Non-Vintage
A premium expression of Australian sparkling wine. Lovely bouquet of lemon, citrus and red apple with notes of bread and nougat. Light and elegant, the palate highlights lemon and citrus fruit with a hint of biscuit finishing with a delicate and refreshing acid. An excellent pairing on a cool summer's night with soft white cheese.
Mystery Goulburn Valley Sparkling Chardonnay Deal No. 5743
French (naturellement), and hand selected Chardonnay grapes for their classic sparkling style and the perfect balance of citrus acidity and white nectarine flavours. Then we added some fizz and undertones of brioche via some bottle conditioning (fermentation in the bottle). And because we picked the fruit early to accentuate the freshness and vibrancy of its flavours, we finessed the edges with a dash of residual sugar to create that perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.
Brown Brothers Premium Brut Prosecco Non-Vintage
The colour is bright and vibrant with a youthful green hue. The nose shows lifted granny smith apple and pear notes along with a citrus undertone. The wine's tight natural acidity from the cool climate fruit make it perfect drinking young while at its light and delicate best.
Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux Brut
Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux is sourced from the oldest sparkling wine producing region on the planet! In 1531, Benedictine monks from Saint-Hilaire were producing a still wine made from the Mauzac grape and stumbled upon bottles going through secondary fermentation. The appellation of Blanquette de Limoux was born! Still made in the same, traditional way today, Saint-Hilaire Brut displays aromatic flavours of peach, pear and green apple skins with a wonderful, full, creamy mouthfeel. Think non vintage Champagne for a fraction of the cost!
