Luc Belaire Rare Sparkling Rosé
Grown and produced in the sun-drenched Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region of the South of France is an exquisite blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault – the three favourite Rosé grapes of the region. Produced using the Charmat method, aged six months in steel tanks to achieve a fresh, fruit-forward taste with a soft mouthfeel and great drinkability. Blended with a 100% Syrah dosage to achieve a rich, vibrant pink colour our Luc Belaire Rare Rosé is crafted by our 5th and 6th generation father-and-son winemakers at our 166-year old Maison.

Squealing Pig Squealini Spiced Apple Pie Spritz

Brown Brothers Brut Reserve Non-Vintage
Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.
Zilzie Estate Prosecco
The Zilzie Estate Prosecco showcases glorious bubbles crunchy green apples fragrant spring blossom with a gentle lemony finish. Aromas of lifted perfume of ripe pear and citrus. The palate shows fresh pear, citrus and blood orange, with a crisp zesty finish. Pairs nicely with Thai green chicken curry.
Brown Brothers Prosecco Rosé
Brown Brothers have added the Prosecco Rosato to join the original, and much loved, Prosecco. In the glass there is a rose-gold colour and a soft nose of strawberry and apple skins. With the addition of a touch of Cienna to the Prosecco, the sparkling wine retains its trademark acidity while showcasing a softer, rounder side to the palate. Balnaves Sparkling Cabernet Non-Vintage
The Balnaves Coonawarra Vineyard was established in 1975 and is situated at the southern end of the Coonawarra Terra Rossa strip. The Balnaves family arrived in the region in 1855 from Paisley, Scotland and opened their first general store in Penola in 1858.Balnaves have used Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to make this modern Sparkling red. This wine is a blend of complex and elegant parcels from ten vintages of reserve wines, matured in a solera system.Rich and complex with cassis, blackberry and violet, combined with mature Coonawarra Cabernet characters of chocolate, leather and truffle. Ready to drink on release, this wine will gain complexity and softness with careful cellaring.
