The Marc Hébrart Sélection Brut 1er Cru is made from 70% Pinot Noir from the terroir of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Avenay and 30% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru classified terroirs of Bisseuil and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. For a number of years now Marc Hébrart has applied reasoned viticultural practices to his vines, and makes his wines in small batches in order to preserve the personality of each parcel and each separate terroir. Champagne Brimoncourt Brut Régence JEROBOAM
Dominated by Chardonnay, Brut Régence has a great aromatic finesse and embodies Brimoncourt’s spirit and signature. It is a gallant wine all the more seducing with its freshness, round texture and delicately fruity finish. The dominant Chardonnay feature creates a delicate, subtle and very elegant bouquet. It reveals white flowers aroma and charming fruity notes thanks to the Pinot Noir. Its affirmed minerality gives it distinction and nobility. The well-rounded mouth is enjoyable; a dash of freshness invigorates the palate and brings out a beautiful, ample and complex structure with a good length in mouth. Its fineness and elegance call for sharing. Best savoured on a lime and sea bass tartar, a langoustine ceviche, a poached turbot with mousseline sauce, melting scallops on braised leeks and of course and above all, as a shared aperitif.

Fermented, aged and released in the same magnum bottle, only fruit from 7 Grand Cru vineyards is used to craft a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which spends over 4 years ageing on lees plus 6 months post disgorgement. Further gentle ageing takes place until deemed ready for release by the Cellar Master. It displays a multitude of citrus, white and red fruits, linked by a common thread of minerality producing a mature complexity, elegance and length.
