This Sparkling wine is made from 56% Chardonnay and 44% Pinot Noir, delicate bubbles, flavours of lemon cream and almond biscotti compliment citrus with appealing freshness and length. With a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, the bouquet offers delightful lifted aromas of strawberry, lemon citrus and underlying notes of biscotti. The palate is elegant and well integrated displaying intense strawberry, nectarine and cashew characters enhanced by partial malolactic fermentation and extended time on yeast lees. The natural acidity provides excellent structure and finesse, with a mouthwatering citrus and nougat finish.

Bright salmon-pink in colour. This wine is a non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with notes of wild strawberries and freshly baked pastry. The palate has a delicate balance of red berries, fine acidity and a rich, creamy texture.

Made with premium Tasmanian grapes. This has a lovely rose colour and an excellent bead. There's a freshness here with rose petals, strawberry & citrus on the nose that then follows onto the palate. Excellent value!

A fresh, lively palate of green apple and lemon with hints of toasted biscuit. Pinot Noir (67%) and Chardonnay (33%) sourced from the Josef Chromy's estate vineyard at Relbia in northern Tasmania. Whole bunches of hand-picked fruit are gently pressed to ensure delicate flavours. After primary ferment the wine is tiraged with no malolactic fermentation and disgorged after 18 months on yeast lees to retain crisp, fresh flavours.

Fairly sustained golden colour, the nose opens on fruity notes (cherry plum, red fruit). Full-bodied mouth, balanced by its freshness, sharp, fruity flavours (raspberry).
