Roasted pine nuts, toasty citrus and brioche with a very fine bead of bubbles.

Centuries-old tradition from Champagne meets modern Yarra Valley winemaking. Made in methode traditionelle. A creamy palate integrated with acid to balance this unctuous yet elegant wine. Strawberry, stone fruit, citrus and pastry-like characters provide further structure. Balance is maintained to the back of the palate, finishing with excellent length.
