Moet & Chandon Impérial Brut Non-Vintage (Gift Boxed)

Moët & Chandon’s vines grow on terroirs in the heart of the Champagne region, characterized by their unique geology and climate. Moët Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity. Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut has an elegant golden straw yellow colour with green highlights. A sparkling bouquet, vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus fruit, freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers, and elegance of blond notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts). A generous palate with the delicious sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple), alluring caress of fine bubbles, and soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.

Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label Champagne Non-Vintage (Eco )

Yellow Label is the signature of Veuve Clicquot’s quality and style, recreated every year thanks to our priceless collection of reserve wines. Its label reflects the champagne’s bright personality and impeccable winemaking credentials. Grapes from 50 to 60 different crus, or growing areas, are used to produce the Veuve Clicquot Brut Yellow Label: 50-55% Pinot Noir ensures the structure so typical of the House wines. 15 to 20% Pinot Meunier rounds out the blend. 28% to 33% Chardonnay provides the elegance and sophistication essential to a perfectly balanced wine. A high proportion of priceless reserve wines (between 25% and 40%) ensures the continuity of the House style. Inspired by Madame Clicquot who was one of the first modern business woman, and innovators 'only one quality the finest'. The classic Veuve Clicquot style aromatic intensity, freshness, silkiness and strength. A bold classic built on the strength of Pinot Noir and an extensive library of Reserve Wines.

Krug Grande Cuvée 169ème Édition

Krug Grande Cuvée is born from the dream of one man, Joseph Krug, to craft the very best Champagne he could offer, every single year, regardless of annual variations in climate. Since 1843, the House of Krug has honoured this vision with each new Édition of Krug Grande Cuvée: the most generous expression of Champagne. Krug Grande Cuvée is re-created every year, beyond the notion of vintage and is a blend of over 120 individual wines from more than 10 different years. The fullness or flavours and aromas achieved by this careful art of blending would be impossible to express with the wines of a single year. This bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée 169th Edition is a blend of 146 wines, from eleven different years, the youngest dating from 2013 and the oldest from 2000. The bottles have rested for approximately seven years in the cellar, thus gaining expression and elegance. . Each glass is the result of more than 20 years of know-how. Krug Grande Cuvée 169ème Édition was created around the 2013 harvest. The season began with an endless winter, followed by a cool and rainy spring. Fortunately, the summer was warm and sunny, although marked by hailstorms which damaged the vines. The wines of the year are as complete as they are expressive, and full of aromas. To create this Edition, the Cellar Master wanted to accentuate the roundness and elegance of the aromas of 2013 with wines from different plots and ten other years. The particular attention paid to the vine and the respect for the unique character of each plot have made it possible to reveal all the expressiveness of this Edition of Krug Grande Cuvée. Reserve wines from Krug's vast library make up 40% of the final blend, lending the essential breadth and roundness to each Edition of Krug Grande Cuvée. This bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée is composed of Pinot Noir (43%), Chardonnay (35%) and Meunier (22%).

Louis Roederer Collection 243 Non-Vintage

Based on 2018, described by Jean-Baptiste Lecaillon as 'a truly magical year', with oak aged wines from 2009, 2011 and all vintages from 2013 to 2017 inclusive that make up this impeccable house's perpetual reserve begun in 2012. Wonderfully complex aroma rises from the glass as soon as this is poured. So complex on the nose and uncompromisingly dry but well balanced on the palate. Lightly smoky but with no shortage of fine, ripe fruit in an interesting honeysuckle and lime spectrum. Clean and fresh and extremely long. This definitely deserves to be priced above regular non-vintage champagne. Not quite delicate. Not quite creamy. Just hits the right note for a superior blend. Drink: 2022-2030. Rating: 17+/20.

Pommery Grand Cru Royal Millesime

Product Description: Pale gold with delicate golden hues, signs of elegance and maturity. Exceptional brilliance. Very fine effervescence. Remarkably elegant, the first nose is discreet and very fresh. The first notes are floral and sweet, reminiscent of honeysuckle and acacia flower. As the wine opens up, it reveals fruitier nuances of dried figs and also frangipane. The Pinot Noir asserts itself after a few seconds with aromas of violet and blueberry. Very straight and exceptionally mineral, the structure of the wine is velvety, reminiscent of Champagne chalk. The balance is perfect. Notes of lime blossom and flaked almonds mingle with the fig aromas detected on the nose. A sign of great maturity after more than twelve years of ageing in the cellars, hints of toasted bread add complexity to this cuvee. The finish is a perfect balance between tension and gourmandize through a dash of pink grapefruit. It was a must for Pommery not to miss out on one of the greatest vintages of champagne. 2009 is a worth vintage indeed. After a difficult summer, nature succeeded in aligning its stars and allowed us to have an exceptional harvest. Sourced exclusively from grands crus, with exceptional ageing potential, slowly brought to maturity in the freshness of our 18 kilometres of galleries, it is necessary to wait to taste a Pommery vintage at its optimum: the precise moment when all the components are in harmony and when maturity, freshness and complexity come together. The moment is now for the 2009 vintage. Maker: In 1858, Madame Pommery took over as head of Pommery & Greno after the death of her husband. She based the expansion of her House on the creation of wines unlike any others, with one constant demand: quality pushed to the extreme. In matters of taste she was ahead of her time. It was she who created Pommery Nature in 1874, the first brut champagne to meet with commercial success, thereby breaking with the tradition of very sweet wine. A woman in a man’s world, she imprinted her personality on her champagnes. Vineyard: Champagne Pommery is made of grapes from the 300 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards on the Montagne de Reims and the Côtes de Blancs. The harvested grapes undergo fermentation in the winery’s vat - which is situated right behind the Pommery cellars. After fermentation, the different wines are blended by the cellar master, Clement Pierloto, to give Champagne the signature Pommery aroma and flavour. Pommery cellars are one of the finest in Reims where their Champagne bottles mature at 10 degree Celsius. The chalk in the cellars retain humidity during summers and heat during winters. Today Pommery aims to make its vineyard sustainable. In fact, the winery is transforming into an eco-friendly brand with the help of Thierry Gasco, the winery’s cellar master. Under his guidance, Pommery went on to become the first wine house to achieve an ISO 14001 environmental certificate in 1996. Moreover, Vranken Pommery Monopole has been awarded ‘Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne’ and ‘High Environmental Value’ since 2014. Vranken Pommery employs organic viticulture in all their vineyards in Camargue and Provence. Tasting: Nose - Floral, Acacia Flower, Dried Fig Remarkably elegant, the first nose is discreet and very fresh. The first notes are floral and sweet, reminiscent of honeysuckle and acacia flower. Louis Roederer Collection 244 Non-Vintage + 2 Champagne Flutes

Louis Roederer is a highly respected Champagne producer located in the historic city of Reims. The renowned Champagne house, founded in the late 1700s, is still owned and operated by the Roederer family. Their signature style consists of an equal blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a touch of Pinot Meunier, which comprises approximately one-fifth of the blend. Louis Roederer's most famous wine is Cristal, a prestigious Champagne that has captured the hearts of wine enthusiasts worldwide. The house was founded in 1833 and aimed to capture foreign markets, particularly Russia. Roederer became the wine of choice for the Russian royal family, and Cristal was created for Tsar Alexander II. Louis Roederer acquired grand cru vineyards in Champagne in 1845, which was unusual for the time as most houses were buying grapes from growers. Today, the Roederer vineyards encompass around 240 hectares of land, with around 25% managed biodynamically. This commitment to sustainable farming practices is a testament to the house's dedication to producing high-quality wines that are both delicious and environmentally responsible. Collection 244 NV is based from the 2019 vintage. It was a year of record-breaking temperatures brought by particularly intense heat waves. Dry and continental and of magnificent maturity, this year gave us wines that were dense and fresh, with a masterful balance, conducive to bringing out the powerful and luscious Collection character in the blend. This 244th Blend includes: - Perpetual Reserve - 36% (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016,2017,2018) - Reserve Wines Aged in Oak - 10% (2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016,2017,2018) - 2019 Vintage - 54% The Louis Roederer Collection 244 NV is a remarkable champagne that captivates the senses from the moment it is poured. Its bright, golden hue with shimmering highlights is visually enticing, while the fine, lively mousse creates a delightful effervescence. The bouquet is both open and rich, exuding a wonderful freshness. It offers an explosion of ripe delicate fruit with intense notes of yellow fruit such as mirabelle plum from the Pinot Noir, complemented by the sweetness of citrus fruits like lemon meringue pie and delicate hints of white flowers specifically jasmine from the Chardonnay. As the wine opens up autolytic characters emerge evolving towards smoky roasted notes and the enticing aroma of freshly baked pastries. On the palate, the Louis Roederer Collection 244 NV reveals its depth and density, supported by a well-structured backbone. The texture is simply mesmerizing with a fleshy mouthfeel that coats the palate courtesy of the Pinot Noir. This then gives way to an incredible saline freshness accompanied by a pleasant hint of bitterness. The wine beautifully combines the strength, intensity and power of the delectably ripe Pinot Noir grapes, which are perfectly balanced by the chalky freshness and density from the majority Chardonnay blend. It is a harmonious symphony of flavors and textures that lingers on the palate, leaving a lasting impression. This beautiful gifting set contains one bottle of Louis Roederer Collection 244 NV and 2 Louis Roederer branded Champagne Glasses.
