The 2022 vintage was a mild year for white grapes in Margaret River,allowing plenty of time during February and March to ripen the fruit to ourspecification. Winemaking -Modern white wine making techniques are employed in the productionof the Lifestyle Chardonnay, with temperature control considered criticalfrom the moment the fruit reaches the winery. The fruit is de stemmed and crushed, then must chilled and pressed off skins in a very short space of time.The lightly clarified juice is then racked to barrels and stainless steel tanks forfermentation with a mix of wild and added yeast. Devil's Corner Chardonnay shows some up-front ripe stone fruit, citrus characters and hint of subtle spiciness. It shows excellent flavour intensity with great persistence and a refreshing finish.

An all-time popular varietal, [yellow tail] Pure Bright Chardonnay has a creamy finish while being silky smooth and easy to drink. 25% lighter in alcohol compared to [yellow tail] Chardonnay, but full of flavour. Refreshing and vibrant, with fresh peach and melon flavours and a hint of vanilla.
