Chardonnay

Dom Perignon Vintage Champagne

Arguably the best, and certainly the most popular Champagne in the world, Dom's distinctive dark green shield inspires respect and reverence. The very essence of luxury. If there was ever a must taste Champagne, it's Dom Pérignon.

Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay

Penfolds Yattarna Chardonnay displays an initial bouquet of slate and wet stone, with nuances of lightly roasted almonds. Subtle hints of citrus, shrouded by nectarine and nashi pear fruits. On the palate, a spiced multi-citrus compote with a very delicate acidity. Balanced and will develop exceptionally well with cellaring.

Hardys Eileen Hardy Chardonnay

The flagship white wine from Hardy's, the Eileen Hardy has become one of Australia's benchmark Chardonnays. Complex, elegant and very much cool climate in style it drinks superbly now and will only improve.

Penfolds Bin A Chardonnay

One of the rare Penfolds wines that is 100% single-regional, the Reserve Bin A Chardonnay is sourced from super premium sites in the Adelaide Hills resulting in a fresh, mineral style that lies at the forefront of the modern Chardonnay style. A wine that will always be linked with 'White Grange', Penfolds Yattarna: This 2014 vintage shows a palate of Granny Smith apples, lemon curd with a pure chalky texture and a lengthy finish.

Jacquart Champagne Jacquart Blanc de Blancs

Champagne JACQUART was born from the passion and expertise of visionary winemakers who are masters of the Champagne vineyards. As a Blanc de Blancs it is 100% Chardonnay but the nose delivers a cleaner, lighter, fresher style to Champagne. Lovely yeast and biscuit notes, but very restrained. The fruit shows more defined apple flavours, very clean with acidity levels that drag the fruit on and on. The sign of true quality with Champagne is the mousse or bubbles. Soft and elegant, pure class! Brilliant, straw gold. Very lively with good persistent mousse. The Champagne develops notes of dry flowers, cherry griotte and aromas of butter brioche. Fresh and light in the mouth with an explosion of mouth-watering white fruits with citrus notes.

Frerejean Freres Non-Vintage Rose Blossom Premier Cru

The Frerejean brothers are the latest generation in a line of cannon-makers, who supplied the French army defending the region against the Prussians, during the Napoleonic Wars. Frerejean Frères take a fresh approach to Champagne, which respects traditional methods, but leaves room for innovation. Rooted in the grand cru village of Avize, Frerejean Frères only uses grand cru and premier cru plots from the Côte des Blancs. 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 14% of Pinot Noir vinified. 30% of the reserve wines aged in Argonne oak barrels. The FJF Rosé Blossom Premier Cru is flattering with notes of candied red fruit, blackberries and blackcurrant. The Pinot Noir is expressive; it shows density and minerality with assertive and silky Chardonnay. On the palate, the Pinot Noir has elegant roundness. The aromas of red fruits beautifully intertwine with the toasted aromas of the Chardonnay. This is a Rosé Champagne like no other, a unique representation of the Côte des Blancs.
