Nick’s Chardonnay is made from fruit coming from the Maragle vineyard in Tumbarumba. Picked slightly later than usual and spending 15 months in old oak - the reason being was to make a rounder and richer style of Chardonnay that still showed classic Tumbarumba crunch and finesse. The nose is quite subtle, with lovely hints of peach, stone fruit and cashew nuts.

From one of the largest and most important estates of Chablis comes this delightful Petit Chablis. A wine to rival many AOC Chablis at a higher price, it is produced from 100% chardonnay and is unoaked. The wine displays a yellow colour with green reflection, lime notes, grapefruit and passion fruit flavours. It is characteristically energetic with good persistence and mouthwatering freshness.

Sourced from neighouring vineyards in the Maconnaise area Burgundy, Latour produces a vibrant and zesty French Chardonnay without the hedonistic price tag. The flavours are mouthfilling and lingering and clean acidity rounds out the finish - a perfect seafood wine.

The fruit for this wine was grown at the Hill Smith Vineyard at Woodside in the Adelaide Hills. The vines at this east-facing vineyard grow in alluvial loam, limestone, shale and quartz, at an altitude of around 400m. Thanks to near-perfect weather, 2021 promises to be one of the best Adelaide Hills vintages in recent memory.
