Yering Station Reserve wines are produced only in years of outstanding quality. The chardonnay is prodominetly sourced from D block on wineries estate.

Château de Bligny Blanc de Blanc NV has a nose of fresh, salty sea air with hints of ripe fruits. Very fresh on the palate with an elegant, silky and long finish.

A rich and robust style Chardonnay with notes of hot toasted brioche, zesty marmalade, lime, lemongrass and white flowers. Followed by a warm, rich vanilla and creamy almond finish. Drink as an aperitif, with a cheese platter or with roast Chicken.

Fruit sourced from the best parts of our vineyard, and treated with respect. We let the wine speak for itself with wild fermentation and maturation in French oak, and assisted it with regular lees stirring and topping. A reflection of the region.

This wine is straw yellow in colour with notes of vanilla, butterscotch and honeysuckle on the nose. The palate is crisp with firm acidity.
