Petaluma Piccadilly Valley Chardonnay
Petaluma Tiers Chardonnay
Crafted from the fruit of the very first Chardonnay vines of the Piccadilly Valley, Petaluma Tiers Chardonnay flaunts a perfect pale straw colour. Fermented in new French oak barriques, this Chardy gives off aromas of ripe white peach on the bouquet, followed by hints of almond, cinnamon and nectarine. The multi-layered & creamy palate displays wonderful stone fruit flavours and minerality, leading to a long, nutty and viscous finish balanced by lemon-lime acidity. The wine goes well with mushrooms, roast chicken and salmon dishes.

Crystallum The Agnes Chardonnay
Domaine Michelot
This Bourgogne Blanc comes from parcels situated exclusively within the Meursault commune and bordering the land classified as Appellation Meursault Villages. The soil is a clay limestone mix and the subsoil is gravel. As with our Villages and Premiers Crus parcels, the soil is ploughed and partially grassed. The wine-making and maturing processes are identical to those of our Villages and Premiers Crus wines.
By Meurgey-Croses, Saint-Veran
Saint-Véran is a village appellation at the southern tip of the Mâconnais area. This AOC which surrounds Pouilly-Fuissé was created in 1971 and includes the villages of Saint-Vérand, Leynes, Prissé, Davayé, Chasselas and Chânes The Saint-Véran Villages sees a small portion (around 20%) of 228 litre oak barrel fermentation with the lions share being in tank. The smaller format oak (than used for the Meurgey-Croses Viré-Clessé) carries a little more influence and theres a note of smokiness to go along with the volume and minerality. I look for precision, purity and freshness of the wines- Pierre Meurgey Shop Meurgey-Croses

Domaine Du Roc Des Boutires En Bertilionne
Domaine du Roc Des Boutires En Bertilionne , Pouilly-Fuissé The fruit is sourced exclusively from En Bertilionne, located in the southern end of Burgundy. 0.57 hectares of limestone with shoals of marl, very deep chalk. The old vines (35-years), or vielles vignes, of Chardonnay are planted at an altitude of between 250 and 500 meters, which is quite high compared to other AOC Burgundies. The result is mature, well-positioned vines producing fruit that creates wines of complexity and freshness.
Yarra Yering No.1 Dry White
YARRA YERING No.1 Dry White, Yarra Valley The fruit for the Yarra Yering Dry White No. 1 was sourced from a dry grown block south of Underhill Vineyard, slightly higher in elevation. A Bordeaux inspired white blend of Semillon and Chardonnay. A bright and refreshing young wine on a summer’s day, all zingy and zesty. The real beauty here will come from some cellar maturation. The magic of Semillon will shape this with time into a toasty and deeply layered mature wine. Rewarding careful cellaring for up to 10 years.
