A vibrant lemon-green colour with aromas of lemon, acacia, and wild thyme. The wine generously flows through the palate with flavours of orchard petals and bright citrus. A perfect partner for light fish dishes and fresh salads. When the first German immigrants arrived in South Australia they brought with them their culture, religion and a hard work ethic. They established vineyards and built a church to house their faith. However, the priests disagreed on most things. In an attempt to stop their quarrelling two separate churches were built. The original poachers might not have seen eye to eye, and these days we still have our differences, but one thing we all agree on is South Australia's reputation to grow world class wine.

Tom Barry is a third-generation master winemaker, and this Gold winning Clare Valley riesling is only further proof of his expertise. Serve as a refreshing aperitif before seafood. More savoury on the nose than many, Annie's Lane has aromas of apple, lime, bath salts and minerals that add up to beautifully pure varietal intensity. The palate has a good level of richness and plenty of depth, yet it retains balance, vibrancy and zest. A serious regional riesling that deserves some bottle age.

One of the hard part of winemaking process is blending. Each of the variety had to shine yet not overpowering others in the same blend. In particular this case, the Traminer and Riesling are both delicate and aromatic variety. De Bortoli has found that balance in this fruit driven medium dry white. Resulting with a wine that displays musk stick and mango on the nose and a clean finish.

Produced by the iconic wine maker out of the Clare. This elegant Riesling is bone dry with bracing acidity and mouth-watering flavours of tangy lemon and lime. Cosy up with freshly shucked oysters, spicy Asian food, or apple pie. Pale green in colour this Clare Valley Riesling displays fresh citrus and floral aromatics and is crisp, dry and fresh on the palate.

Conceived as a white wine development program, the Bin 51 Riesling soon became one of Penfolds' star performers. Eden Valley is an obvious choice of region for Riesling due to the higher altitude and cool climate. The wine offers delicate aromas of fresh cut apples and pears with a twist of lemon and minerality towards the end. A great deal of fruits and acidity makes for an interesting white wine with propensity to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

Aromas of pear, charred lemon and almond blossom on the nose. There is a pureness of fruit on the palate with flavours of yellow grapefruit, green almond and white petals. The finish is bright with refreshing acidity and gentle saline minerality.
