Tolley has been a name synonymous with the great wine for over a century. Not Your Grandmas Riesling has just a hint of residual sweetness which works just perfectly here. Chaffey Bros. was born from Daniels dream to revive the name and the innovation of his great-great grandfather and his brother the original Chaffey brothers who founded Mildura in 1887. La Boheme Act One Opera Singer and Yarra Valley diva, Dame Nellie Melba, played the part if Mimi in 'La Boheme' based in the Latin Quarter of Paris in the 1800s. There were four acts in the opera, the last ending, as usual, in tragedy. Act 1 sets the scene for the characters; filtration, moonlight, impoverished artisans, working girls, embroidered flowers and of course, the anticipation of summer. This aromatic and cheeky Riesling with some interesting charcters of Pinot Girls and Gewitztraminer thrown in, conjures up a similar feel. Perfumed, textural, delicious.

1998 was the fourth successive drought vintage in the Clare Valley. This Riesling has a fuller orange blossom flavour and aroma produced from a drought year.

The fruit for Scarlet Ladybird is sourced from hand-tended blocks in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Medium-bodied, juicy fruited with a touch of natural sweetness. Mouth-filling tart 'strawberries and cream' with soft spice rounding out a lush mouthful. Flavoursome with fresh acidity and a tiny tweak of soft tannin taming the finish.

The aromatics of this wine are so vibrant - jumping out of the glass. A beautiful, appealing perfume full of floral notes and orange blossom with touches of freshly zested limes. The Palate gives good fruit weight and a gentle acidic mouth feel full of clean citrus flavours. This lovely textured Riesling can be enjoyed with fresh seafood.

The Bunnamagoo Riesling is an aromatic delight with vibrant citrus notes. Its pristine character is balanced by an integrated fruit acid frame, resulting in excellent length on the palate.
