Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.

Pale straw with lifted lime blossom, lemon zest and green apple aromas. The palate is fresh and vibrant, showing citrus, crisp apple and fine mineral notes. Bright acidity carries a long, clean and refreshing finish.
