An “off dry” wine with mouth filling sweetness bursting with lemon, lime and apple blossom, balanced perfectly by bright acidity that finishes dry with great length. Perfectly paired with Asian cuisine, especially if it has a bit of spice.

This great Clare Valley Riesling opens with lavender, pear and talc aromas. Juicy fruit continues on the palate adding some bruised apple, refreshing acidity, viscosity and mid palate weight. Ideal as an aperitif, with spicy cuisine or with most seafood dishes.

Single block Riesling from our East Coast Hazards vineyard. The Devil's Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Lightly battered whiting fillets seared with a garden salad and a lime vinaigrette would be perfect. As would a roasted lemon infused chicken with an Asian slaw. As part of their quirky Ministry Series, Capital Wine produce a wonderfully racy and aromatic Riesling named The Whip. A floral nose of lime citrus and lemon rind followed by an intense palate of searing natural citrus acidity. The finish lingers in the mouth and is the perfect wine match with Thai food or simple fish 'n' chips.

This fine elegant Riesling has aromas of lime juice and honey blossom while the palate offers excellent fruit weight with minerally flavours that linger on the finish. Drinking beautifully and sure to age well.

The colour of gold struck through with green, this Riesling shows classic lime and mineral aromas with a touch of gooseberry. Rich and full-bodied, the citrus and tropical fruit flavours are underpinned by crisp acidity.
