The Ned Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

The Ned is a Kiwi Savvy with a more mineral accent, offering structure indicative of Marlborough region. The tropical elements still shine gooseberries aplenty and a dainty touch of fruit sweetness in the finish. The citrus fuelled aromatic thread that dominates the nose carries through to the palate with concentrated flavours of mandarin and musky pink grapefruit. Fine, ripe acids and a slightly heightened sense of roundness characterise the palate makes this a must try wine. GOLD Medal | International Wine & Spirits Competition 2017.

On Song Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

L'Artisan Sauvignon Blanc

LArtisan Sauvignon Blanc is a delicious fruit-driven wine with expressive tropical fruit, limes citrus aromas, ample tropical fruit, lemon curd flavours, supple textures and juicy acidity. The grapes are grown in the undulating landscape of the Languedoc Roussillon region. Warm sunny growing conditions are moderated by cooler nights. The fresh Tramontone breeze which blows in a south-easterly direction, carries dry cold air from the Atlantic Ocean across the vineyards and acts like an air conditioner in the Summer heat. Minimal-intervention and organic principles are employed in the vineyards and cool fermentation techniques promote varietal aromatics, suppleness and clarity of fruit. Jean Claude Mas has created a modern style that brings the latest in technology but also reflects the artisanal nature of viticulture and wine making. The brand motif harks back to childhood times when Jean Claude Mas took out his mothers moped into the vineyards and forest tracks around his home. LArtisan Sauvignon Blanc is a great stand-alone aperitif wine, or pair with summer salads, grilled chicken, bouillabaisse, BBQ prawns and grilled white fish.

Morgan's Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc is a classic Adelaide Hills style with powerful nectarine, citrus and white peach fruits. Quite a full-bodied Sauvignon Blanc yet retains it's cool climate elegance with a long finish. The wines bottled under the Morgan's Label have been sourced from a select group of small growers in the Adelaide Hills since 2010, the first of which was Owen Morgan. Originally the Morgan's label was based around a single vineyard high in the Adelaide Hills near Lenswood, but is now a regional blend, picking out the best of the Hills. Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is the focus, but with the occasional spicy Shiraz for good measure.
