Vignobles Berthier Clément & Florian Coteaux du Giennois

The Berthier family have been winegrowers for five generations, with Clement and Florian taking over the reins in 2012 to continue the family tradition. Clement is responsible for winemaking and sales, while Florian is focused on the vineyards. Coteaux du Giennois, located northwest of Pouilly-Fume on the right bank of the Loire river, is the family's flagship appellation. Here, the terroir composed mainly of flint, limestone, and marl, ideal for expressive and exotic Sauvignon Blanc. The wine opens up with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and exotic fruits such as gooseberries, kiwi and passionfruit, with a lovely softness and elegance on the palate.

Dalvina Elegija Sauvignon Blanc

Wine is characterized with a greenish-yellow colour. The smell is typified with expressed herbal fruity notes of fern and citrus tones. Its taste ample with harmony, softness and roundness.

Bannockburn Sauvignon Blanc

Patient Cottat Pouilly-Fumé Anciennes Vignes

Patient COTTAT was a famous Master Goldsmith in the mid 19th century in France. Born in Paris, he loved the Berry region, in the Centre of France. Anciennes Vignes is a Sauvignon Blanc wine from the prestigious Sancerre Appellation in the LoireValley. Tasting notes - Golden green reflections. Nose : Complex and intense. Prevailing aromas of acacia blossoms with a muscat-like note of passion-fruit. Palate : Full and fat. Very well balanced. Aromas of lychee and a touch of honey.

Peerick Sauvignon Blanc Fumé

Peerick's multi-award winning Sauvignon Blanc is aged in French Oak for 3 months (what's termed Fumé style). The slight oakiness bestows both texture and complexity, enhancing the acid and crisp fruit flavours of this magnificent grape variety. Flavour Characteristics Wild yeast fermented in barrel, 20% new and 1-5 year old French oak on solids (fumé style). Sophisticated with texture and length.
