The 2018 vintage was extraordinary and stands proudly among the finest vintages ever witnessed in Margaret River. The medium bodied palate is ripe and smooth, lead by dark Satsuma Plum flavour along with delicious juicy ripe Mulberries and comforting Cinnamon spice with a hint of cedar oak. It has a crisp line of acidity that finishes with a lingering embrace of peppery warmth. Though it will drinks well now, it should cellar for 5 to 7 years. Its versatility means that it can be paired with virtually any food, but perfect with pan-fried duck breast, crispy pork or roasted vegetables.

Our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is bright and fresh, with passionfruit and citrus aromas on offer. Flavours of lime and grapefruit with a touch of melon leave you wanting more. The mouthfeel is textural with a touch of complexity provided by a small barrel ferment component. Our tasty and bright Sauvignon Blanc is nicely matched to a well-seasoned charcoal baked whole Barramundi with a rocket and pear balsamic salad. This is a terrifically versatile wine which pairs with a wide range of foods.
